After being out of the gym for a year, Henry took all the intimidation out of weights by breaking everything down in a way that clicked for me. What I appreciate most is how he prepared me for group classes and taught me to pace myself during conditioning—always encouraging but never pushing too hard. He's attentive to my progress. I actually enjoy the workouts that used to seem overwhelming.

If you’re looking for a CrossFit trainer who truly elevates your fitness experience, look no further. David Jean is hands down one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. From the very first session, he’s not only highly knowledgeable about CrossFit techniques, but also took the time to understand my personal goals, fitness level, and any limitations I might have. I always feel safe and challenged. His motivation is infectious; whenever I feel like giving up, David is right there, cheering me on, making me believe I can push through. Beyond just great workouts. If you’re serious about getting in shape and want a trainer who will push you to be the best version of yourself while keeping you motivated, safe, and inspired, I can not recommend David enough! He is one of the best!!!!!!

The workouts is like a deadly game, but this games is so much fun, challenging and rewarding!!! Community there is heart warming, cheerful and get disciplined by encouraging others. The community have so much jokes, humors, and fun to interact with.

It was a pleasure to work with the coaches, they are incredibly patient, and genuinely care about your individual needs.
