Erik is a great coach, and I really enjoy taking his classes. He takes the time to break down each workout and emphasizes proper form. He’s very hands-on and attentive, always making sure we’re performing the movements correctly so we can get the most out of the workouts while avoiding injury.

I have been learning about the rotator cuff, an important and vulnerable part of our shoulder. On bench press day, this is especially on my mind. Coach Sofia not only provided solid demonstrations and instruction, she also walked around observing everyone’s technique to make sure that we are all safe. She provides a wonderful balance of seriousness and fun, offering welcomed encouragement :)

I really like the detailed way you go over the movements. Warm ups are great. The attention and prompts during the workout are very much appreciated. My small critique is to not clap to get us moving or motivated- very minor. :-)

Randal coached superbly today! He warmed us up for all the movements and individually coached the folx that wanted/needed individual coaching. I appreciate that he supports scaling options and doesn’t “judge” my decisions for scaling. I even heard a shoutout to me when trying something new.

Ryan is very knowledgeable and helpful to everyone in the class, he roams around the class like a shark looking for people that may need help, or their form is lacking. When stopped for an issue he thinks about it first and then answers doesn’t just blurt out nonsense. Will definitely be back in his class

Tuesday Hyrox workout is always a good one to look forward to. Randal reminded us to work on depth for wall balls. Giving us options for a lower weight and not necessarily having to reach the height line. So I focused on depth with a lighter ball which helped me. These type of options really matter !

Randal is awesome. He is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the gym. He is encouraging and helps me scale workouts appropriately for my skill level and capabilities. He always listens to the issues I may be having and helps me adjust the workout to help with them.
I was really happy to make it to the 330 class as I am not usually able to because Wes is such a great coach. Today’s workout with five rounds required a lot of mental endurance and he kept me motivated every time I came back home. We all aim to be strong like Wes and his positive attitude and focus on details and proper warm up make that dream a possibility, even if a very slight one. Thanks Coach!

Sofia was great! Today was my first Hyrox class at Gainz and I couldn't be happier. Sofia was helpful and personable throughout and showed positive support from beginning to end. Thank you so much for a fun first class (although the burpees made me want to throw up) I stuck with it and glad that I did. I will be back.
Ryan is a great instructor, he is very patient and doesn’t mind teaching. I am happy to be apart of the family now.

He helped me to correct my stance and “butt- wink “ situation with my back squat. He also let me know when I did corrected it and he was encouraging when I was working through heavier sets. He was also very engaged and encouraging through out the metcon. He also collected my score post workout ☺️ I really enjoyed today’s class!

Very good class overall, Trese is a good coach that demonstrated the movements and explained the workout and gave the stimulus/ goal of the workout. She gave suggestions on appropriate scaling and on how to finish the wod in the time domain and that’s much appreciated. One thing for improvement might be the warmup since we didn’t start the wod till 5:05 (35 min after the start of class). Same with Mondays class ( started the squats / strength after 30min of class).

Jack as always does very good. Continuously checking on how we are doing and making sure we do the moves correctly so that we don’t go injure ourselves. He encourages us and shows he truly cares for our wellbeing and health. I personally feel very comfortable with him. Jack is an awesome coach!

Jack is an awesome coach and is always attentive to everyone whether we’re good at doing a certain move or not he treats us equally and is always encouraging us. He’s also patient with us “older” folk! I feel very comfortable with him.

Great class great warm up and on time
I really enjoyed class today. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining the movements. Her warmup was very thorough and I felt ready for the workout. At the beginning of the WOD she noticed me struggling with a movement, then, Natalie help me fix it in the moment which made the remaining of the WOD a lot better. Her encouragement, expertise and awesome coaching made the class very enjoyable.
Gainz was awesome! Coach Garett took the class through a solid warm up that proved to be effective on preparing us for the days programming. The community was very welcoming!
