Coach Meghan ran a great class. Her instruction was thorough. She did a great job of watching each athlete and offering great coaching tips to help us hit good lifts. The gym was clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. We plan on dropping in again on our next trip!

Meghan has a very personalized approach to training. Even in a class of about 12 people, I never felt overlooked—instead, I felt like I was receiving individual attention with great tips to improve my weightlifting posture. She did an excellent job balancing her attention among everyone in the class, making each person feel seen and supported. Meghan was patient, encouraging, and adapted her coaching well to all skill levels. Overall, it was a great experience and I left feeling both confident and motivated.

Jon is a guy that is super thorough. He helps out with so much in technique and helps with understanding how to perform Olympic moves correctly. Meghan did a great job leading us through warm ups and teaching us the technique needed to do clusters properly. I appreciate her taking the time to build the entire motion from the beginning movements all the way through the complete lift. Justin is an awesome coach. He knows his stuff and is so understanding and encouraging. He is patient with us and I never feel rushed even though I know he is on a schedule. I enjoy his classes and hope he is with Full Steam.for a long time to come.

Coach Rachel is great. She got us plenty warmed up before we started lifting. What I don't like or have issues with is the new app/platform. Couldn't migrate my info in so had to enter it by hand. No workout posted. Just doesn't work for us.
