I really enjoy Kathy as a coach and as a person. She pays attention to ailments and issues each of us has, making sure we're okay and tweaking when needed. But also being tough and wanting us to push ourselves. She is friendly and relatable. Always in a happy, positive mood.

I love Pilates class. With such small classes, I have learned how to move my body in ways that protect my lower back. Karrie’s humor always makes me smile. I feel 100% stronger and have more energy than when I started. Hopefully, next year, I will be even stronger! I look forward to more Pilates classes opening up in the future. The waiting list often works, but it is hard to plan ahead. Ideally, I would like another floor Pilates class on a week day!

Ricky was great just wish the mirrors were more helpful in regarding keeping our alignment right. And maybe if the hanging TK‘s were over to the side it would’ve given me more space to pull out my mat instead of going diagonal.

Rickye was very thorough in ensuring we completed this new program correctly. She took the time before class started to go over settings on the machines for each member and reviewed the stations so we knew what to expect. Rickye always makes our classes fun while keeping us on track.

I feel so refreshed after taking Carrie’s mat Pilates class today. She is an excellent coach! May I share a thought? With the Holidays and craziness it brings —additional mindfulness or self awareness classes may be beneficial to calm us and keep us centered. Just a thought…..
Mike is an attentive coach who clearly understands each participant’s personal physical issues and thoughtfully works to accommodate them during various exercises. While I don’t require a lot of help, there are moments when I’m left to assume I’m doing things right, but I appreciate that Mike is always nearby, ready to step in if necessary. Felt good starting to work out, even though I was a little intimidated at first not knowing anything. Mike gave very helpful instructions and feedback throughout the session - he explained each exercise step-by-step and checked my form. I’ll still need help remembering what to do next time. My motivation centers around strength, and so I try to center all workouts to supporting that goal. Mike has recognized that in me and pushes me to reaching my potential. My shortcoming is confidence, and I appreciate his acknowledgement and encouragement. End result is that I feel supported, more confident, and stronger.
Pushed me to increase the amount of weight I was lifting in the chest press and Kaiser. It felt good to keep challenging myself to get stronger.
Mike was great, we were a bit intimidated and a little lost at the beginning but he was able to get us going and made us quickly feel at ease. We very much enjoyed our first season with him.

I was impressed with how much knowledge Ashley has about scoliosis while helping me complete various moves and how patient she is.
Rickye is an excellent trainer/coach. She is very detailed in explaining and demonstrating movements and how to do them correctly. She also makes sure you perform them properly. I have learned a lot from Rickye of things that I was doing incorrectly.
Love her support, guidance and enthusiasm. She is very knowledgeable too and always has modifications if a movement or exercise can't be done.
Today Mike was encouraging and fun like he always is. He took care to tailor the exercises to each person’s ability. He asked us how we were doing and made modifications when it was appropriate. He knows I’m trying to increase my strength so he pushes me a little, which I appreciate.

Today was not different than any other day because Mike is always phenomenal! He is upbeat, positive, encouraging and highly motivating. I always want to try my hardest when he is coaching.
He encourages us to push beyond where we think we can go but gets it when we say we have reached our limits. There may be more for him to learn in terms of watching and correcting our forms, but I think he’s gotten better with that. He’s always pleasant and upbeat and enjoyable to be around.
He is a great motivator. He knows when to encourage me to do more.
So enjoyed the class and the fun interaction between all of us. Loved the different movements and the detailed in being sure we did it correctly.
Ashley is precise, kind, and motivating. She is able to help me identify appropriate muscle activation and positioning for safety and my best results. You work hard in her class but she brings a sense of calm and confidence.
Rosa was very helpful, kind, and patient. I just got a new knee brace and was a bit anxious about how a workout at the gym would work with it. Rosa showed me accommodations so i could get a good workout even using the brace. Great gym.
Excellent as always. I had some soreness today and she help me modify. So I felt better after I left instead of worst like other classes I tske at the studio.
I like the fact that Rickye demonstrates the movements for us so that we can do them properly. I also appreciate that she can keep us on track as we sometimes get distracted with conversations.
Karrie always assesses her class members and adjusts settings for each participants maximum benefit while always realizing there may be small tweaks needed for some of us (my bad back, for example). I love that she keeps the pace going for each activity and gives clear concise oral directions to help us go through the movements. Most of all, I love Karrie's sense of humor and her "realness". She is a wonderful coach who has pushed me to improve and stretch my physical strength and abilities but one who also adjusts the lesson when needed to help me through a lesson.
Cathy keeps us engaged and focused while reminding us about all the good stuff that’s happening to our bodies while we’re doing specific movements or exercises. She checks in with us in the beginning to see how we’re feeling and then helps us do our best.

Friday's class was good. I was definitely feeling it after using the gliders. The hollow hold and roll overs are hard, more mental than you'd think getting everything moving to do a single task (rolling over). Thanks for hanging in there with us.
