I love Coach Karrie. Her energy is uplifting. Her knowledge of Pilates and preparedness for class is definitely five star. I especially like how she modifies her lesson for each person. Not every person everyday feels the same.

Mike is positive and encouraging. I didn't bring a lot of energy into today's workout and he met me where I was at which I appreciated. He does a great job of modeling the exercise and is very quick to suggest modifications when needed.

I love spending time with Karrie she is aware of my ( and everyone elses physical capability-and knows how to adjust the exercises so that I (or others) still benefit even if (we)have certain limitations on any particular day- she takes care of the individual as well as the group. — and it’s FUN!

I love classes with Rickye. She pays close attention while we are moving and corrects when necessary, always making sure we are practicing with correct form. She modifies exercises as needed and checks in asking, “How you doing?” We get all that plus encouragement along the way. Rickye is both serious about health and very kind. I feel like she cares about me!

It was my first-ever Pilates experience, but thanks to Karrie’s kind explanations and guidance, I was able to enjoy it and have a session that felt great for my body. Her positive energy and warm smile lifted my spirits and gave me the motivation to keep pushing forward today. I’m truly grateful!

He is very skilled in observing and correcting form. Great attention to detail. Cues were good although I wasn’t sure what up was when on my back - toward head or toward ceiling. Lots of patience. Helped modify movements for my limitations. Lots of detailed instruction on breathing techniques.
