Coach Dash is an awesome coach! I do not have any experience with lifting, and he taught me how to do a deadlift today. He was very patient with me. He explains very well of how to do each workout. It was pretty fun! It’s never too late to get into CrossFit! Doesn’t matter which level you are at with working out. They work with you and well on building your strength.
What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining FOE CrossFit? I would have to say my confidence and determination to keep going.

It was a good workout today. John was very informative with instruction and demonstration. Everyone in class was very welcoming.

I am to be sidelined with a knee injury for the foreseeable future and in need of an upper body workout so I can continue to exercise while my knee situation gets sorted out. I was to meet another coach today to set up that workout but he was unable to make it in. Rather than send me home empty handed, John, who was teaching a class, took time out to get me set up. This kind of care and attention is typical of John, who is an excellent coach.

Class was great. Saturday mornings are tough for me but Dash is able to motivate messing and the rest of the class. Always a good time and great way to start the weekend.
First time working out after having a baby, but he really took the time to make sure I was pushing myself without over exerting myself. Really great class
Skylen is an excellent instructor. I especially appreciate the time he takes to explain the workout and demonstrate proper lifting techniques. Skylen is always engaged the entire session and consistently provides spot corrections and recommendations throughout the workout. He is highly encouraging and I always leaving the session feeling that I am the best me.
I really enjoyed the community and instructions! The guidance to make sure I was doing things safely while also giving me the push that I need was super appreciated!
Dash does a great job explaining the plan and circulating around the room during the workout so each person has the opportunity to ask questions.

Today was my first day back in a box in about 10 years. I felt very welcomed by coaches and other members. Its so scary coming back and that faded quickly. Dash's coaching was great! Movements were well explained and modifications given. No complains at all. Looking forward to coming back!

Dash did well today clearly prepared for class kept things moving, pulled us together to give us clear instructions in the beginning and gave us time to do the post workout. Kept us going with no down time.

Wow! Barely one foot in the front door and I was welcomed with open arms and big smiles. Huge group on Saturdays and the energy and vibes were everything! Great programming and knowledgeable coaches helped me to modify. Entered as a stranger and left feeling like fam. I'll be back!!

Today’s workout was hard, but good (power cleans and wall balls are my jam!) Warm up was the right amount and I felt ready to go when the WOD started! I really enjoy Dash as the coach. :-) He provides good input without overwhelming with too much information.

I’ve been a member at FOE CrossFit for a year now. I have made it to 186 classes and those have been amazing every time. The coaches are all thoughtful and help to improve your performance and experience. The community has, in a way, become a part of my extended family. I started out here barely able to do a set of squats with a medicine ball and now I have advanced so much. This place is for everyone, no matter your starting point!
