I can’t say enough wonderful things about flexzone. It is a result of all of the best workouts you’ve tried, combined into one gym. Ricardo is a coach who is patient, yet pushes you to reach your maximum capabilities. Happy to call Flexzone my home gym!

Ricardo, or as I call him, Master Yoda, is an absolute professional, a superb athlete, a good listener, has excellent taste in music (even though he plays the clean versions ;-) ), and I hear he makes a mean paella. Long story short: If a more optimal life is your goal, and you live in Milwaukee, check out Flex Zone, and never stop pushing yourself to the absolute limit of your potential!

Flex Zone is by far the best gym I have been to. The owner Ricardo helps you feel so comfortable even when you are still learning a move. Every day, I feel more prepared to take on the challenges of the class and I can feel and see the difference. This is a friendly fitness experience you will want to be a part of.
