Class is always top tier. I've tried multiple HITT style facilities in kc and this has by far been the best experience. Every class is challenging and the coaches are quick to make personal adjustments as they monitor your progress to ensure continued growth. I've seen more progress here in 1.5 months than I have from lifting on my own the past 2 years. 10/10
