Outstanding! Thorough warm-up. Excellent tips on rowing and dead lift. Very attentive to all members of the class. I left feeling that I got an excellent workout, and essentially no risk of injury.

Good coaching, I really appreciate the form checks with things like Olympic lifts, and Exhale coaches have always been better at that than other gyms.

Nichole had everyone engaged in lovely question of the day conversation. She followed and rotated around to make sure everyone has great form during the work out. She provided tips and encouragement. Coach Ron was great. He was concerned about my body and took extra care to make sure I didn’t injure my back after I told him my lower back was sore from Monday. He took time to teach me how to roll out my back.

Lea was great! She was noticeably a little nervous/flustered, but clearly wanted to motivate everyone while still give people space. I have a feeling that she just needs to do this a few more times to gain some confidence in holding the room’s attention and she’ll settle right in. I wasn’t there from the very beginning, so maybe she did this already, but it would be helpful to do the full motion all the way through a couple times in front of us, before breaking it down and explaining, and then again a couple times after while everyone joins her to cement the idea.

Hi Rebecca, this will be the only rating I’ll do. Fun class…I liked the mix of lifting & cardio, nice balance. One request: can you order yoga mats or something like them for floor work? I don’t like doing the movements on the bare floor…thank you!

Coach was great!! Scaled my workout but also listened to what I wanted/needed. With 10 people Coach still managed to check on me, made sure I was ok. Love her energy, always feel safe and supported in her classes. Really liked the program today. A bit of everything!

I always learn how to do better with Coach Rebecca. Today's lesson, lift my rear just a bit more, concentrate on engaging shoulders, make sure core is engaged, then deadlift. Added benefit is the workout was fun!
