Julie is amazing! She always has the best attitude. Her mindset and approach to lifting is always hey it’s fun! You can do it! She gets me out of my head and helps me lift more. I got a PR on my deadlift, AND she turned the fan on next to me while I was working out 😊. A real life Gym therapist she is.

I’ve really enjoyed being a part of Everlasting Fitness! The class schedule works perfectly with my routine — I love the variety of early morning classes, and it’s great having solid afternoon options too. The open gym access is a huge bonus, especially since I can sneak in a workout during my lunch break. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the whole place has a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. You can tell the staff really care about creating a positive environment. Highly recommend!

Morgan spent 10-15 minutes before class with another member dealing with a shoulder injury. She went over different modifications, demonstrated them and watched her a few reps to determine which one was most appropriate to ensure safety while also getting a comparable workout as everyone else.

Meg is such a great coach. She really focuses on teaching fundamentals and never forgets us newbies while teaching class. She gives simple instructions and breakdowns to make sure that we are always doing movements correctly. "Make sure your shoulders are in your back pockets" is my fave!
