Will did a great job today. As always focusing on form which is very important to avoid injury. He is a great teacher and technically very strong, breaking down compound moves into simple exercises to help us learn and nail them. More importantly, Will is a great motivator always pushing us to get better and throwing challenges at us to keep the class fun and interesting.

I so appreciate Wills training. He watches everyone and corrects moves when needed. He also has a wonderful/fun personality. The workouts are very well put together and Will keeps the class on track. Only wish Sculpt was offered more often.

1 demonstrations are clear. 2 able to address all ages in class 3 doesn't treat seniors as elderly but when struggling with an exercise, she provides an alternative. 4 keeps the session moving.
