Got back into gym after fews days away, so happy I made the last class on a Monday good workout better then any cardio I would have done on my own, best way to start the week. Love that Chris like all the trainers at DOXSA helped me modify my workout since I am new to doing crossfit. Best New Years Resolution ever joining DOXSA Crossfit!

Cami is such an amazing coach! She’s down to earth and friendly, but most importantly, she carefully watches my form during every exercise - from squats to kettlebell swings - and makes sure the weights I choose fit my current fitness level. Because safety is paramount, she constantly checks in, adjusting my load and technique to prevent injury while still challenging me. She knows exactly when to encourage me to push a little harder and when to hold back so I stay safe throughout the workout. I always leave feeling stronger and confident that I’m progressing without risking anything. Every time I see her at Doxsa CrossFit, I’m genuinely happy - her support makes me feel like I one hundred percent belong there. That sense of belonging and care keeps me coming back each week. Cami is a Rockstar!
Coach KEV rocked the house with today’s workout, and I’m really grateful for it. He led us through a mix of high-intensity exercises that challenged every muscle - from explosive box jumps to heavy deadlifts - and he kept a close eye on everyone’s form. What stood out was how he noticed when I was struggling and adjusted my reps so I could keep pushing without risking injury. I left feeling completely spent but proud of what I accomplished, which is exactly the kind of workout I look for. The energy at Doxsa CrossFit is always electric, but Coach KEV’s guidance made this session especially great. Thanks, coach!

Kat made what was a tough workout, especially the Cardio is Hardio section, fun by keeping the energy high and breaking down each movement so it felt manageable even when our legs were burning. She is always encouraging and cheers each of us on! Kat stays fully engaged with everyone in the class at Doxsa CrossFit - she walks around, notices when you’re pushing too hard or need to adjust your pace, and checks in to make sure you’re okay. Great class!

Cami is the best! I was really intimidated to try CrossFit at first, especially knowing I am out of shape and overweight. From day one, Cami has been the most encouraging, knowledgeable, and safe person to guide me through this CrossFit journey at Doxsa CrossFit. Her verbal cues during lifting are spot on - they break down each movement clearly and always make the lifts feel more manageable and less overwhelming. What stands out is how she carefully watches my form and offers modifications when needed, never pushing me beyond what feels right. She provides options tailored to my current ability that help me work toward mastering each skill in the future. Because of her support and approach, I actually look forward to getting up at 4:15 am to go to the gym! That motivation alone says a lot about the positive experience she creates.

Andrea supported everyone equally throughout the session, making sure no one felt left behind. Andrea verbally confirmed what looked good in each person's form, which gave me confidence that I was doing the exercises correctly. For others, they provided clear suggestions to help improve technique, like adjusting posture or suggesting helpful items, which showed their attention to detail. The stretching at the end was great - thorough and well-paced, really helping to loosen up tight muscles after the workout. Plus, the additional coaching at the end felt like a personal touch to offer extra tips for mobility. It made the whole experience at Doxsa CrossFit feel thoughtful and well-rounded, not just a rushed workout.
She did great like always. The work out today was a long one, but a good workout. Gave me enough time to work on my form while still getting a sweat in.

Cami is incredible… She is the main reason I’m now willing to drive an hour to the gym or walk and bike across town!! She is patient and kind considering all my past injuries and yet willing to push it just a little bit more!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone in class is doing it better, safer and correctly!

Cami is incredibly encouraging and quick to adapt my workout as needed. I enjoy working out in her classes in the mornings. I honestly with I would have found Doxsa earlier in my life it’s got me moving more and I can thank Cami as well as Kevin’s and other couches for that. :)

I was pretty intimidated and nervous about my first day back after a few years off, but Cami eased my nerves as soon as I walked in. The workout was a great first step and she encouraged me the whole way without singling me out and highlighting being the newbie.
Cami is great! I have a nagging hamstring today and Cami suggested alternative exercises that wouldn’t aggravate my issue but still focus on the areas the WOD was after. Helped me feel part of the group, protect what needs to heal, and motivate me to attend.
Kat was super helpful in modifying the workout to meet my needs and she made me feel very comfortable on my first day!

I absolutely hate waking up early but once I get to class, Camis smiling face makes it all better. She’s the best.haha but seriously cami take the time to really explain everything and is very encouraging!

The 12-Days of Christmas workout was Awesome. Well thought out, organized and was very challenging, yet doable! Also, was really great to workout with such a great community of people. Everyone is so friendly, fun and encouraging. Doxsa truly is, the best!

Cami coaches me well. She works with me on my desired goals for a workout and assessing "how heavy." Today, on TTB, I was practicing a cue for pushing away from the bar which helped immensely until I ran out of gas😁

Cami is awesome. She does a great job coaching. Monday’s workout was a good one, challenging but achievable. Tuesday… it could have easily been 6-8 rounds. Honest - it’s harder to be motivated to go to the gym when the WOD is 5-7 minutes. I know they are higher intensity, but our bodies actually thrive and change best with more than 30min of elevated heart rate/cardio work. Just one person’s opinion, but if you’re asking, this is my honest feedback.
Kat really helped tailor my workout today to meet me where I am at physically as a new crossfit-er. She is extremely helpful and encouraging, I so appreciate her intuition and coaching style. Thank you, Kat!!
Cami does a great job of tailoring my work outs to my abilities and making sure I am doing the right movements for each exercise. She also encourages everyone to do the stretching exercises at the end of the workout. I like that she puts her name on the board and is the only coach that I have seen do that. She makes sure that everyone understands the exercises and gives great demonstrations. She is a very knowledgeable and competent coach.

The workout was definitely a challenge, in a great way. It pushed my back squats and I hit another PR. The AMRAP workout was brutal in the best way and I know those muscles are going to get stronger from that workout!
