Yeah!!! This is what I’m talking about it and wanted to see more of. This week looks great. My Squat clean for a wod definitely is less strong than it used to be. More barbell cycling in please! Looking forward to this week.

Today and every class over the last 2 years Coach Cami has strategically pushed and challenged me to achieve benchmarks I didn't think were possible. Added bonus, injury free (besides box jumps), by her constant focus on proper techniques & form. Thanks Coach!

Cami coaches me well. She works with me on my desired goals for a workout and assessing "how heavy." Today, on TTB, I was practicing a cue for pushing away from the bar which helped immensely until I ran out of gas😁

Cami is great. Great instruction, great workout. I would love to see some improvement in the cleanliness of the restrooms but that has nothing to do with the coaching.

I love how Kevin encourages and monitors each person. He knew my limitations, but assured me if I can keep going, to do so. He helped me set goals and I did better than I thought I would. I definitely wanted to challenge myself and feel like I accomplished my first night! I’m excited for future classes 😃

Cami is awesome. She does a great job coaching. Monday’s workout was a good one, challenging but achievable. Tuesday… it could have easily been 6-8 rounds. Honest - it’s harder to be motivated to go to the gym when the WOD is 5-7 minutes. I know they are higher intensity, but our bodies actually thrive and change best with more than 30min of elevated heart rate/cardio work. Just one person’s opinion, but if you’re asking, this is my honest feedback.

Cami does a great job of tailoring my work outs to my abilities and making sure I am doing the right movements for each exercise. She also encourages everyone to do the stretching exercises at the end of the workout. I like that she puts her name on the board and is the only coach that I have seen do that. She makes sure that everyone understands the exercises and gives great demonstrations. She is a very knowledgeable and competent coach.

The workout was definitely a challenge, in a great way. It pushed my back squats and I hit another PR. The AMRAP workout was brutal in the best way and I know those muscles are going to get stronger from that workout!

Cami is a great coach, very informative and knowledgeable on each move for each workout. Cami will also let you know and help you correct your form if you are not doing it correctly during your workout! I am new to the Doxsa CrossFit world, so there is lots to learn with the workout names and lingo, Cami has also been a great teacher on educating me on what each workout abbreviation means! I really enjoy having Cami as my coach during my workouts!

Marie’s coaching was excellent. Her strategy for the workout was spot on (specifically emphasizing focusing coming off of bike prior to box jumps). I realized this in the first round. She is great and I look forward to days when she is coaching.

Cami was great! She was encouraging, pushed me to put more weight on when it looked easy and then helped me count it (5am problems lol). She also took us through the cool down and gave some extra stretches we could do as well. She’s awesome!

Kevin is the best. He takes the time to explain each movement and tell you what part of the body you should be focusing on. He also shows us each movement and corrects us accordingly. In addition to pushing us, he takes the time post workout to stretch us and talk through recovery. Really appreciate his knowledge and coaching! Also a really cool guy that you enjoy being around. A positive supportive coach!

Doing the warm up as a group is definitely more efficient and enjoyable along with doing the stretching together afterwards… I wish this happened in all the classes. I do miss the cardio that used to be implemented before the WOD as hard as it was to fit it all in, it definitely was effective.
