One small flaw, the lack of sharing of plates from 1 individual, and their narky response when asked to share. Then again, how many times can you remind people to go up to red and then stack!

It was a great recovery workout for me post half mara and I enjoyed the class with my friend who tried crossfit for the first time. I'm glad I can still try my best with the workout modification and guidance from Amelia.

We LOVE coach Amelia!! She doesn't let you get away with anything! She expects great form and always checks in to continually improve your form! The more you go, the more you get out of it. I understand that that's true with most things but when you are coached by Amelia you can expect that your form will improve all the time as she'll hold you accountable in the moment where it counts the most! It's also natural for her and she does it with everyone so it feels comfortable. She also expects you to challenge yourself especially as you improve. These qualities in my coach mean that I know I'm going to be able to look back and see how much I've improved over a year. I've been going for 4 months and I've noticed a huge difference in every aspect of my life! Normal chores around the home are much easier and quicker now, it kind of makes it fun.. well sometimes anyways. I've been renovating our home and things I never thought I physically could do, I've been able to do really well. I'm so grateful that I made the commitment and can truly appreciate all those "little" things I used to be able to do that I used to take for granted now that I have the ability to do those "little" things again.

Good! took us through warm up and then build up to WOD weight. Always has a good gauge on where people should be on weights and when to encourage to go more or slightly less ensuring good form. Wicked sense of humour 😆

I signed up to CrossFit Zenith with the initial intention to learn Olympic Lifting. I was recommended Nathan from a very good friend and I’ve not looked back! I’ve had 5 sessions with Nathan so far and I’ve really enjoyed and appreciated his fun and professional demeanour and absolute laser focus on the correct technique. Nathan is always amazing, very patient and helpful. He always helps improve my form every class. Always fun to have good banter with too :) I have improved so much and have gotten so much stronger with his help.
Amelia always pay attention to everyone. Although she knows that I have knowledge about most of the movements, she is attentive to how I do it or if I need to correct something, and she does it with everyone in class.
Class was fantastic...when I pushed through the last squat press ;-) Amelia was great in the the two sessions leading up to the class. I felt confident I would not hurt myself with some of the more complex movements. Amelia was able to provide me with positive feedback on how I could improve without making me feel like I was completely clueless. Loved today’s workout! Simple movements but they packed a punch when put all together. Nathan’s great coaching also helped me ensure that I scaled accordingly to get the most out of the workout.
What I love about Amelia, she is always super encouraging during the workout and that really motivates me. When a coach is motivating you and pushing you during the workout I work harder :)
