Coach Miranda did an awesome job teaching double-under skill work. She broke everything down in a way that was easy to follow, gave clear cues, and watched everyone closely to correct form. Her coaching style is patient, encouraging, and super knowledgeable. I walked away feeling more confident with my rope work and actually improving. Great class and great coaching!
Jason’s a great coach and always makes class exciting. He’s also very helpful with powerlifting movements and will be your biggest cheerleader!
Coach Chase is always encouraging and knows exactly how to push you to do your best. He bring the perfect mix of positivity and challenge, never letting you settle, but always supporting you. Every session feels motivating, and you leave feeling stronger and proud of what you accomplished. He’s the best!

Joe V. coached our 1600 and did an excellent job explaining the workout and going over the movements and stimulus to get the class prepared. After the prescribed movements, he helped me figure out the best scaled movement for my situation. Had a great time and got a great workout!

Courtney is a great coach, there to help and provide feedback on the main lifts and also some scaling or improvement tips on the WODs. Really enjoy her classes!
Joe modified the timing to give each of us individual attention on our Olympic lifts, helping us improve technique. He will even video your lifts and go through them with you step by step in slow motion. It's been a huge help.
Hanna was super encouraging and calibrated the workout to meet everyone’s needs. Loved the positive energy and the cooldown stretch at the end!

My experience at the Woodbridge Crossfit all the coaches were awesome and very helpful. They took their time to explain each workouts to the classes and helped you or answer any close you have. I during these past few days 1 on 1 training. Coach Joe was very excellent and knowledgeable on his job! I glad to be apart the gang.
Review is for Ashley. I didn’t see her on the drop down. But she did great. She was helpful, and managed the class very well.
Today’s class was so much fun! I could tell that the coach was well prepared to instruct one of the hardest movements to coach, handstand walks. Class flowed very nicely and was ran very well.
Miranda is so encouraging and so knowledgeable. She made her way around the class to help with technique and cheer everyone on. Her energy is fabulous!

I'm super new to crossfit and haven't been active in years. Hanna has been so welcoming and encouraging. Really everyone has been great and motivating me to push myself. It's what keeps me coming back.
I think Chase does an amazing job with the warm-ups and keeping the class on track. I would love to see a little more correction as far as if we’re doing the movement wrong stop us in the middle of a workout to tell us how to fix it also to jump in and be the coach when there are two Crossfit members correcting each other.
Rachel is an outstanding coach. She skillfully balances being professional and personal in a way that motivates me to push myself. She is focused on coaching and regularly provides feedback that is “bite sized” so that it can actually be applied without being overwhelming. She is able to keep our 6am class on schedule and move us through the workout which is no small task. She is an excellent coach that I would recommend to anyone from the beginner to seasoned athlete.
Always on point as expected. The mini mobility sessions during warm-ups help everyone prepare adequately for the movements of that day. Making sure everyone is safe while pushing you when you need it. If I were to describe all her amazing qualities I would hit the word limit on here.

I have class with Coach Joe (it’s been 1 month) and I leave feeling so proud of myself. He isn’t afraid to correct my form and gives excellent advice during the workout. It also means the world to me that he makes note to ask about my day/weekend, my growing business, and life outside of the gym. I am faithful to the 9:30am class because I have no desire for another coach. Amazing job !
Rachel as always was amazing! Workout movements were clear, she was funny, and accommodating with providing modifications to workouts. Great cheerleader! It felt good to be back!
Joe was great, always bringing fun and positivity to the workouts! Knowledge about form and ways to correct it and well as being cognizant of individual injuries.

Coach Rachel can make a miracle in an hour's class. She goes through the stretch, warm-up, and runs the WOD with quality and attention without exceeding the time. Always ready for your questions and watching everyone's movements closely.

Craig has been my coach for years and I have always enjoyed his classes so much. He never gets frustrated, explains everything from the warm up to the wod clearly and concisely, cheers you on, celebrates your victories, no matter how small, and is a wealth of knowledge in regards to all things CrossFit. He has gone above and beyond for me over the years with respect to any injuries or modifications, extra accessory work, and encouragement when needed. Take a class with Craig and you won’t regret it.
