Class was great! Melodie did an awesome job running through the exercises and giving individual feedback. The cleans were tough but the running was better than I thought.

I very much appreciate the way Stephen teaches. He comes up with great scaling options and he explains form in a way that I find really helpful. I find he is really knowledgeable and particular about good form which I appreciate.

Stephen packs in a lot of functional movements into the warm up part of the class. He keeps things moving. He also keeps a good eye on my form/performance during the workouts.

Mood: Yash seemed to be very happy, almost too happy! Suggested I should come to CFW more, like twice a day! 🥺 At the board WOD was explained very well. Warm up was different, quite a refreshing change. All movements were demonstrated along with scaled versions. I was in quite a bit of pain from my Sciatica which I usually push through, Yash was genuinely concerned for me and came up with rowing 6cal increments instead of skipping so didn’t have to jump rope. great job Yash.
