I always learn something new at TTG. I have learned to trust the process as Travis tells us all the time. I’ve been consistent and it’s paying off! The coaches are so helpful in making sure I’m mindful of my form, but also pushing me further than I ever thought I could go. Thanks to all of this and my hard work, I’m hitting some awesome PRs these days 💪🏼I love TTG and I can’t ever imagine being where I am today if it wasn’t for the amazing people I have met there. They are a big contributor as to why I keep coming back day after day. I am so grateful for TTG.

Emily is an amazing coach who challenges and carefully guides the class. I’ve been able to do more because of the strength and. flexibility training than I thought possible.

I finally learned to kick into a handstand against the wall today! Coach C always provides supportive accountability and smart ways to work toward goals. He manages a group efficiently while making each person feel coached individually as well.

So I had to select a coach, but ALL are amazing! C White was my first coach when I started and he patiently kept me focused and motivated and kept me coming back (even at 5am!). Lisa K made all the difference in how I view nutrition and fueling my body to work out. Emily N helps me every time I see her with her knowledge, support and humor. And Travis keeps the team together all while cultivating the best fitness community ever!! There’s also Ted and his expertise and all the amazing people at TTG! There’s literally not a negative thing to say. 😊

I’m recovering from a shoulder injury and I wasn’t coming to the gym, thinking I couldn’t do anything and just needed to rest. I learned from Travis (owner & coach) that recovery and exercise actually go hand in hand even if you only have 1 good limb to work with. Your injured arm will still have adaptation even without exercise as long as you still workout your good limb! Travis is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to health & fitness. I’m so grateful to be a part of this gym and community! Today was my first day back in class and it went great! Everything can be modified and adjusted for what you need! The coaches are amazing and the community is the most welcoming you will find!

Emily is a fantastic coach that knows how to connect with the entire class. She has a ton of enthusiasm for CrossFit and fitness in general. She is a great person all around, and I am glad she chose to coach at TTG.

Monday mornings at 6:15 are the highlight of my week! The coaching is top-notch always positive, motivating, and filled with just the right amount of humor. I’ve hit personal records, improved in areas where I struggle, and always feel pushed to be my best. I truly appreciate the encouragement and instruction that make every session both challenging and rewarding!

Love Saturday classes! C did a great job explaining and demonstrating the workout. He took time to address modifications with everyone ensuring we were all confident and equipped to rock the WOD. TTG is an amazing community with outstanding coaches! Great for all levels of fitness!
