I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far in CrossFit. As someone who has done CrossFit in the past, the class can feel a bit confusing at times — there’s a lot to learn and the pace can be fast — but that’s to be expected when you’re just starting out. Lisa was incredibly supportive throughout the process. I really appreciate the push to challenge myself while still feeling encouraged and capable. She took take the time to explain movements, offer corrections, and make sure I’m improving safely. Gym is great and has a lot of space for big classes.
I'm a month in and feeling so much better physically and mentally. Everyone has been SO welcoming and encouraging, and I feel at home already. All of the coaches have been friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. I'm excited to see the progress I make in a year 😊
David led us through a warmup specific for today’s heavy deadlifts and took time to make sure we understood proper form and possible scaling. Much appreciated! Then he patiently showed us the Metcon movements, adapted them for folks with injuries, and encouraged us throughout the workout. Thank you Dave!

I succeeded in my first classes and it was hard but I did it. The coach guided me through tough exercises like rowing, where I had to maintain a steady rhythm while pushing my limits, feeling my lungs burn as I fought to keep the pace, and squats that really challenged my legs and core, making every rep a real test of strength.

David was a great coach! He gave us good directions on our work out. He made us feel comfortable. He kept me motivated when I wanted to give up. He did a great job!
Cornelius is an amazing coach! He has really helped me improve in barbell skills, double unders, pull ups, etc. He breaks down complex movements into manageable parts, making it easier to understand proper technique. His coaching has made me far more comfortable and confident in my CrossFit skills (especially barbell!!)!
C is an excellent coach. Knowledgeable, approachable, funny, and encouraging. Especially in the early morning classes his kind of energy is vital for a positive atmosphere. Overall, I love the gym. I love how friendly everyone is. Much more encouraging than competitive among the members and it’s quickly become one of the most important places in my day-day.
Cornelius and Travis are both great at coaching! Work outs are built for all strengths , it is also a great environment !

Today was legs day, and coach Travis was fantastic throughout the entire session. He kept pushing me with a steady flow of encouragement, constantly reminding me to reach my goals and not settle for less. I could tell he was paying close attention - he corrected my form when needed and suggested small adjustments to make each exercise more effective without overdoing it. The energy in the gym was motivating; people were genuinely friendly and supportive, cheering each other on and sharing tips. It created a sense of community that made the workout feel less like a chore and more like a shared challenge. Overall, it was a great workout session at CrossFit TTG- Gym - challenging enough to feel like progress but balanced so I left feeling accomplished rather than drained.
Always makes class fun and chats with all the members. Help come up with good movement to meet everyone’s needs.
Coach C is always a blast to work with. He brings the perfect mix of levity and expertise. Coach - Thanks for showing me the right way to execute different unfamiliar moves, remembering I have some unique adjustments needed right now as I recover from a stroke, and always brightening the room!!

Coach C is always great. He is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of CrossFit and Olympic lifting. He does a great job keeping the class’ attention and working with all different levels of fitness.

It was my 1st class and it was great. Emily kept checking on me and modified the exercises to accommodate my level and experience. I felt comfortable asking questions and being new at this. Iam already looking forward to my next class.
Coach C and Coach Justin were great today making sure that the class rated in Zone 3 and gave helpful pointers to me during the plank (engage core/keep back flat)

Emily is a truly amazing coach. She knows her 'clients' well. What I love most about Emily is that she gives advice on what to do, what not to do, and focuses on form. I am 70 with a bad back so this is crucial for me. And Emily always suggests how to modify a routine if part of it doesn't work for me. A coach only does this he/she cares and is knowledgeable. Emily is both.

Coach C is great always looking out for my form and making sure I am not doing anything wrong. Other non relevant to coach comments (not sure where to put these): There was something going around saying that there are preselected play list for the classes, I am personally not a fan of EDm type of music and miss the Big booty playlist. Second of all I do miss workouts that are encompassing more than just cardio alone ( like the bike day). I liked the OG CrossFit workouts where we have cardio and a lifting movement. since I do not have the luxury of working out everyday I feel like I miss out on those full body movement days.
Coach C, is absolutely incredible motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. Every session is challenging yet fun, and I’ve seen amazing results thanks to their guidance. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone wanting to push their limits and reach new goals!

Today, we had some skill work on the rig, specifically toes to bar in addition to a Metcon at the end. It’s a skill I don’t quite have yet so I focused mostly on perfecting my toes to waist. Coach C went through the warm up as usual but also took the entire class through some thorough additional shoulder stretches to make sure we were prepped & ready to be on the rig for longer periods of time. I appreciated that and all of his tips & tricks to try to get my toes closer to the bar. He continues to be a good coach, fun to be around, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I always enjoy this 5AM class!

Today was my first day at CrossFit. Lisa is very kind and helped me a lot with having the correct posture when lifting weights. I really liked her energy and the encouragement she gives me.
Every class I take of Emily is always rewarding. 1. She is always smiling 2. She really takes the time to go around the entire room to make sure everyone is doing the proper form. Coach E is the amazing... always friendly, with a smile and some high quality advice on how to get better. Her love for people and fitness is evident in everything she does and every word she says. HOWEVER, don't let her pretty face and small size fool you... if you need a bit of motivation (a kick in the @SS) to get you out of your comfort zone and into your goals, she is the right one! Always there with an effective dose of accountability to ensure you are progressing on your fitness journey. There is no doubt that TTG is much better place because of her presence.

C did a great job! This was my first early morning class and I must say… I will do it again! Feels great kicking the day off with a workout. C always makes sure that your form is right even if it takes a little while for me to catch on! Very encouraging and high energy.

Emily does an excellent job coaching. I really appreciate the extra time she takes discuss the workout with me and ensure we are modifying movements appropriately. She does a good job walking the line between challenging me, but also being realistic and protecting my joints. I have noticed that she does a great job checking in with each person in class and making sure they have a plan/can perform movements properly. Additionally, she always makes sure my form is up to standards and is on the look out for corrections regarding personal goals (ex. keeping my knee pushed out and stable).

Lisa is one of my fav coaches! She makes class fun and it feels like she really takes time to understand my fitness level as well as how I’m feeling about an exercise on a certain day cause not all days are the same! 5 stars, obviously—but not just because I’m married to the guy (though I do get preferential no-rep calls… kidding… mostly). C White coaches like he’s prepping you for hot girl summer. The vibes? Immaculate. The playlist? Fire. The programming? Just the right balance of ‘thriving’ and ‘I may need someone to call my emergency contact.’ 10/10 would suffer again.
I love going to classes at TTG. Every workout is different with some familiar favorites. I always look forward to going and walk away satisfied. I’m stronger, happier and healthier for it. Coach Emily is top notch. She is enthusiastic, positive, easy to hear across the room, provides targeted form guidance as needed, and does a great job tending to everyone in the class. I can see why she’s a valued member of the TTG family.

Emily is awesome. She focus on the group to make sure the techniques are performed properly. She is caring fun to work out with. Yesterday was walk walks, squats, and pull ups. Emily recognizes when I was light headed from the walk walks so she did a scaled version so I could complete the work out. That's what I love about Cross Fit the attention to people and details to keep everyone safe.
