Uri was the coach but the drop down only had Tommy! Uri is an amazing coach, so positive and upbeat and makes corrections in a super approachable way. Don’t ever let him go!
The coaching is always top notch! Every coach is very knowledgeable!
Love the vibes, still trying to get my groove back. He is always motivating me not to quit and to keep going. And if I have to alternate, he tell’s me what’s best for me.
OG type of CF gym, every coach is welcoming from the get go. The programming is a good mix of CF and accessory work including warm ups for longevity. If you are looking to drop in or sign up for classes, this is the place to be.
