All the coaches at this gym are outstanding. There is always attention given to each athlete for specific needs and adjustments. I can’t say enough about the coaches and the gym. Joining this gym was the best decision I’ve ever made in regards to my physical and mental health.

I have a daughter that attends FSU and when I fly in to Tallahassee from Charleston SC, I "drop in" to Crossfit Tallahassee. Maggie brings her infectious high energy to every 6 am class. She’s great at helping us find good scaling options and is always encouraging/motivating us during the workouts, which is a big help!

Tom S. did great, each time his coaching is getting better & better, matter of time for excellence. Never have regret on choosing CFT for crossfit exercise, two years that I'm about to be in CFT has really help me to condition my health & body.
