I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The workout was challenging but completely doable, and the atmosphere was so supportive. Kelli was an incredible instructor— both knowledgeable and encouraging! She took the time to explain movements clearly, helped with modifications when needed, and made sure everyone felt confident and safe.

Class was fun and very challenging today. Coach Matty who grabbed his usual early morning workout before the 5:30AM class kept his lifting unitard on when coaching, it was very funny indeed! After explaining the workout he got us started with a fun team warmup competition. From there our strength component for the day was bench pressing. Matt worked the gym and went around and helped folks with their form and spotting those who needed it. We then moved onto a 15 EMOM workout and Matty cranked up the tunes and encouraged everyone to push themselves all the way through. Overall, class today was both physically challenging and a lot of fun. Anyone thinking about giving CrossFit Salire a try definitely should, the workouts are not easy but they are worth it. Who knows you might even catch the place on a day when Coach Matty is coaching while wearing the old unitard.

It was my first session at CrossFit Salire today and with coach Michelle, and let me just start by saying how patient and helpful she was. She repeated the format/ instructions a couple of times and I knew she had an eye out on me with the constant cheer I got from her. I also loved the fact that she pushed me from the very go and guided me on the progression with weights. Thank you and I’m looking forward to building those muscles!

Heather told me that my legs were doing two different things whilst doing muscle ups last week, so today I kept my legs together and put together a string of 3 of the most graceful muscle ups to ever muscle up, even rivaling those of Megan Jensen. (Maybe that's a lie, but you can check the tapes) She does lose half a star for getting more excited to see Milo than any humans in class though.

Coach Michelle is the best! Life has been crazy, and I hadn’t been to the gym in a while. I wasn’t feeling my best either, but I pushed myself to go because I needed to move. What I love about Michelle is that she meets you where you are and encourages you to just keep moving. Getting back to the gym is half the battle, but having supportive people like her makes it so much easier—and so worth it! Love her!!!

Karen really helps to motivate me and push me to go a little further than I think I can go, like doing 24" box jumps today for the first time. I trust her because she knows what she's doing and clearly demonstrates that each class. With her coaching, I revisited and improved the fundamentals of my squat snatch today and feel more comfortable with that movement now. Plus she makes class fun!

Michelle is a 5 star coach, and a beast at that she taught me how to do snatches, cleans, jerks, stretches etc and how to maintain the form while performing these techniques.
