I’ve had such a great experience at CrossFit Renew. The atmosphere is super welcoming but still motivating, and the coaches are genuinely knowledgeable and supportive. The warm-ups are thorough, which I appreciate. I also love that they offer nutrition coaching and take that side of things seriously, their nutrition coaches really know their stuff and take a smart, realistic approach. It feels like they truly care about helping people improve their overall health, not just crush workouts. Highly recommend CrossFit Renew for anyone working toward health, fitness, or performance goals.

Sam has been a great addition to the coaching group. He's skilled at demonstrating the proper way to do various. movements, and during warmup I appreciate him going around asking everyone how things are.

This review is for Sam! This was my first cross fit class. Sam did a good job demonstrating each exercise in each section. I appreciated the extra help with form and was encouraged to hear I got better throughout the class.
I came with Lauren, but Sam was actually our coach. I think you need to add him to the list. He was great. Explained things, gave encouragement and just a little push to do a bit more. I haven't done cross fit for a couple of years, so this was a great intro back in!
Sam class was nice. He came to advise me on my posture during exercise twice. We did enough warming up exercises so I didn't feel my plantar fasciitis during the running.
Sadie is an amazing coach! Her passion for Women's Health and Fitness in the gym and outside it is unparalleled. I love having her as a coach because she corrects form and technique in a way that makes me believe I can do more. She is positivity and humor which is a fabulous combo at 530a!!

Did a drop in today. Becky and the class were very welcoming - and she gave me good coaching cues throughout the class, as well as checking i didnt need to scale at any point. Definitely would drop in again!
Class was great! I really liked how she took the time to go over proper rowing form. It was a good refresher and I caught myself thinking about techniques she taught while I was working out. Great environment and everybody was super welcoming! I’ll definitely be back.

Lauren is a fantastic coach. She made me feel so comfortable in my first workout back postpartum. She was very attentive to my form/movements to make sure I didn’t injure myself and she helped me scale the workout appropriately. Looking forward to taking more of her classes!

My workout today was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming & Sadie did such a good job of checking in on me and my girls. She explained everything in a way that we felt confident in what we were doing AND we knew how to engage the right muscles with the right breathing. She was funny & engaging and the class was super fun! Totally recommend for all skill levels. LOVED IT!

Tim did a wonderful job coaching Rebar yesterday. He gave excellent technical queues and, more importantly to me, reminded me to have a positive mindset while lifting. The class had great energy and started/ended on time. I would definitely recommend Rebar and Coach Tim to everyone.

It was great. All the movements were clearly explained and demonstrated, and feedback was given as needed. The scaling options were also demonstrated which is much appreciated for someone who needs those options. I also like that the expected stimulus of the WOD was clearly explained so you have a target to shoot for. Also it was just a fun class and experience. Good coach, good people
