Great class today. Jesse always gets the balance right between fun and hard work. He’s very knowledgeable with technique and is very good in putting into words, and showing, what you can do to improve. I started coming to Jesse’s CrossFit box 11 years ago. Haven’t looked back.

Gave manageable advice and very encouraging. Checked in on me and how I'd gone during the week. Suggested what to look out for to avoid injury after lifting today and pull ups from Wednesday.

Took the time to remind me how to push jerk and split jerk effectively. Encouraged me to go for a heavier weight. I did reach my initial goal of 42.5kg but that was enough for today.
