She was very informative throughout the entire session, taking the time to explain each movement clearly. Her patience stood out as she carefully corrected my form during the squats and burpees. I felt genuinely uplifted by her encouraging words, which kept me motivated even when the workout got tough. She was friendly, and created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to ask questions and learn. Making it more than a workout, but a chance to improve my confidence. It’s clear she cares about helping every member progress at their own pace.

Miranda is a great coach and puts in a tough class. Wasn’t getting enough out of my solo morning workouts. Portum makes it challenging and fun.

Coach Scott Tinsly is hands down one of the best CrossFit coaches out there. He pushes you to be your best while keeping safety and form a top priority. His energy, knowledge, and support make every workout something to look forward to. I’ve seen real progress thanks to his coaching—highly recommend!
