Scott goes above and beyond for every member he works with. Always encouraging and praises everyone’s efforts. He has gone above and beyond working with this 75 year old woman and I have complete confidence in him. He is helping me to navigate a very difficult time and I appreciate his skills and knowledge at scaling routines so I am able to participate without fear of being hurt.

Todd changed my perspective on few things today and helped me see the workout in a different light, which I really appreciated. Todd’s focus on form and precision is second to none. His attention to detail ensures that incorrect techniques don’t become engrained habits My only recommendation would be to balance constructive criticism with praise and take a minute to celebrate the small victories (like learning and progress).

I have to give a huge shoutout to Hannah. As someone who has never really worked with weights, I was a bit nervous, but Hannah made the entire experience enjoyable and accessible. She tailored the workouts perfectly to my level, ensuring I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. Her encouragement and clear instructions helped me build confidence with each session. The atmosphere was supportive, and thanks to Hannah’s personalized approach, I left each workout feeling accomplished and motivated.
