Coach Glenn respects our time and makes sure we finish right on schedule, which I really appreciate. During the sessions, he keeps the pace steady but challenging, guiding us through a mix of strength and cardio exercises without ever feeling rushed. I especially like how he notices when someone needs a quick adjustment - whether it’s modifying a movement or offering a tip to improve form - so no one gets left behind. It’s the best hour of my day because I leave feeling energized and accomplished, knowing I made the most of that time. The atmosphere at CrossFit Pepperell is focused but welcoming, and Coach Glenn’s attention makes every workout efficient and rewarding.
Glenn takes time to help out newbies and keeps us all on schedule. Also good music taste. Always happy when he is the coach.
Kara T is the bomb! From permitting the blasting of my favorite Wu-Tang track on my first WOD to her to her patience with my questionable (yet improving) clean form, she’s been nothing but super!
What’s one personal change you’ve noticed since joining CrossFit Pepperell?
I am new to CrossFit and new to the area, but so glad I found this place. Glenn was super welcoming and did an awesome job getting me started. He is patient and explains the movements well and provides helpful queues to make sure your form is correct. Overall, very happy with my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good workout!
It was my 1st time at Crossfit Pepperell I recently moved and had been going to Crossfit Nashua. It was nice to see similar setup and organization. I felt welcome and jumped right into the flow. Couch Timothy was great making sure I knew where we were at and that I was good throughout the workout. Very excited to make new friends in this area.

What’s one change you’ve noticed since joining CrossFit Pepperell? I’m a lot stronger. Kara was positive and energetic definitely needed for 7am. Thoughtful in her plan and excited about upcoming events. Encouraging and supportive. We all loved her energy!

Glenn was able to accommodate my free trial class on a day when the class size was already large, which could have made the experience overwhelming. Despite the number of people and the complexity of the movements, Glenn navigated the session with clear professionalism and control. It was obvious he knew his athletes well - he adjusted the workout intensity and offered modifications based on each person’s experience and ability. His cues and clear instructions kept the class focused and safe, making sure everyone could get the most out of the workout regardless of their level. The way he managed the flow of the class at CrossFit Pepperell created an environment where I felt challenged but supported throughout, maximizing the opportunity for every athlete in the room.
The list of coaches needs to be updated I appreciated Dana’s thorough guidance from warm up through the WOD. It was clear that she was watching, reviewing and providing feedback to each athlete
Attended my very first session at CrossFit Pepperell, and Coach Glenn was welcoming right from the start. He took the time to understand my current fitness level and carefully helped me scale the workout so it was challenging yet appropriate for me. The workout itself was amazing - each movement felt purposeful and pushed me in all the right ways without overwhelming me. Throughout the session, Glenn offered motivation and shared clear, practical tips on how to approach ring dips and their progressions. His encouragement and guidance made a big difference, turning what could have been intimidating into an exciting challenge. The energy in the gym was motivating, and I left feeling accomplished and decided to join!!
The coaching today was outstanding. Demonstration of skin the cat, breaking it down in such a way that the whole class was able to do it, including myself for the first time was a major milestone for me. The workout was challenging yet doable and a great mix of compound movement with basic exercises.

Today was my first class, and I almost didn't go because I was nervous. Tim was great. He was easy going and showed me the different steps on how to do things, with modifications if necessary. I also really loved that he checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and provided a ton of encouragement. It was tough, but definitely worth it and I will be back!
Coach Juan always have fun ice breakers and helps us to keep motivated!
Katherine lead the class with a great attitude and gave me useful pointers on my deadlifting form - something I’m always self conscious about. Felt zero judgment and very empowered. Great session today!

Good class and coaching surrounding the deadlift. He ran a great warmup for a heavy workout. Felt positive going into the 4x3 deadstop deadlift.
I had my first class today and Coach Glenn was incredible. He made me feel comfortable, motivated, and capable, even as a beginner. His energy, knowledge, and clear guidance made the experience amazing.

He does well with helping people with where they are at and he doesn’t get frustrated when it takes time to get a movement down. He has a good sense of humor and I always look forward to him being the instructor.

Brian is the kind of coach every CrossFit gym needs. He’s always dialed in, watching our form, keeping us safe, and knowing exactly when to push us to go harder or heavier. He’s there for the athletes. Brian creates a supportive, challenging, and ego-free environment that makes the gym, and the community better every day.
Today for strength we worked on strict press and I learned 3 important things about form from Brian that helped a lot, and I wound up logging a PR. 🎉 (I have a back injury that I'm rehabbing so this is particularly importantly to me.) We had a good warm up/stretch/time to prepare for the workout, with the chance to ask questions. I appreciate Brian's knowledge and attention to proper movement and safety. Thank you! 🤩

Brian was great! New member here, Im on the comeback trail recovering from a few injuries and Brian understands that. He watched me closely to make sure I was in proper form and made suggestions to modify certain movements to accommodate my injuries. Brian is a great coach and motivator. I was a little reluctant to join CrossFit, but boy was I wrong! I’ve been working with Brian for about six weeks now and absolutely have loved every class. Brian is extremely patient and wonderfully helpful. I look forward to working out every day. Brian has completely earned five stars because he is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes each CrossFit session just plain fun!

As always, Brian is such a great motivator, and he helps folks scale properly so they still get a great workout. Also, Brian took the time to check in on me when I hadn’t been going to the gym, which is super helpful and caring. Every class I’ve had with Brian has been excellent, he’s my favorite coach!

Scott is a great coach. He try’s to spend time with everyone to help them improve. With big classes this isn’t always possible, and not everyone needs as much coaching as others, but he helped me improve my form on the barbell tonight as well as a handful of others in class. Scott is always cheering everyone along throughout the WOD as well.
Coach Brian always explains everything we need to do for the workout very clearly. He is always open to questions and alternatives no matter what the reason. Coach Brian always has helpful suggestions throughout the workout and follows up with anything he noticed so that you can improve your strength, mobility, cardio, and any other aspects of your fitness that you are concerned with!
Coach Glenn is great. I been to 3 classes with him. He's knows the movements but also know how I can modify ones that don't work for my body. I enjoy how he coaches and I really like him.
