CrossFit North Charleston

Just finished the class and I feel amazing! Huge thanks to the coach for breaking down for the right movements. It makes a difference when you do it right! Feeling 10/10 🔥💪

I was in town for a weekend and decided to drop in to CFNC after a long drive from Virginia. Even though I didn’t know a single persons at this gym when I came in for a WOD, I left feeling a part of the gym Family. Everyone was super friendly and sweet. Definitely will drop in again when in town.

Coaching was great, clear instructions. Very welcoming atmosphere overall. Nice facilities!

The gyms has a great set up and plenty of room for different class sizes. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful and the members are welcoming. Excited to see results in the next few months

Coach Kim is great!! Shes helping me get in rhythm for when I join the rest of the class. I feel confident.

I love CFNC! The word “CrossFit” seemed out of my league but I needed to do something with my health. Joining CFNC was a leap for me and I am very happy that I joined. The atmosphere is great & family oriented. The coaches are all great. They work with what you can do & help modify workouts; they push & encourage you with no judgement. Overall a great gym to be a member of 😊😊

She was great! Super helpful with my modifications for my hip issue, checked on me regularly during the workout, and was super encouraging!

Kimberly did a great job and is always a great motivator and pushes me to where she knows I can do.

Great! Kim was super helpful and attentive, I'm new to crossfit and she checked in at each stage of the workout several times to make sure I was doing well and knew what to do! Everyone was kind and supportive as I'm just starting back to the gym.

James was very encouraging and taught all the moves for people who needed reminders or new beginners like myself.

I had a great experience training at North Charleston CrossFit. The environment was welcoming, energetic, and focused. Coach James led the session with clarity, purpose, and strong attention to detail. His coaching style struck the right balance between encouragement and pushing limits. He took the time to correct form, explain the “why” behind each movement, and made sure everyone—from first-timers to seasoned athletes—was challenged and supported.

She was very nice and patient. She overall made the mode positive. Also she was very funny

All the coaches are amazing and it's a great atmosphere. I really enjoy going there , it truly made a difference in my life.
