Bob did a great job actively engaging during snatches. It’s a movement I’m poor at so I appreciated him keep a watchful eye on me. I also appreciated that he stayed engaged with the entire class all the way through the last person to finish. A+ coaching.

Coach Kento was awesome, I’m on my second week of taking his classes and I really enjoy how he takes the time to explain every movement and explains modifications if a movement seems a bit challenging. I look forward to continuing my fitness goals at CFM! Great gym with great coaches and friendly people!

Shane’s a great coach. Always tells me what the master class weights are. If he notices that my form is incorrect, he will work with me to correct it. Encourages everyone throughout the workout.
What’s one fitness goal you’ve achieved here recently at CrossFit Mid-County?
Shane always pays close attention and finds a way to help me improve technique. He provided a suggestion on form today for hang cleans which made my back feel so much better. On top of that, he’s just very encouraging and kind, and provides me with the masters’ weights and reps which I truly appreciate!!
Stephanie is super attentive to form and always offers helpful tips. Encouraging, knowledgeable, and kind. Always a pleasure to train in her class.

I love going to CFMC, it's a nice community and everybody is supportive. Stephanie is a good teacher, giving you good hints for improving in your technique, also she has this upbeat vibe that makes you enjoy the workout. Same with all coaches. Staying in shape and get stronger never felt so great!

Today’s class at CrossFit Mid-County was great! The movement was challenging, pushing my limits in a way that made me really focus on each step. Coach Shane stepped in with some pointers on my form - he watched my technique, pointed out small adjustments, and showed me how to shift my weight to make the movement feel smoother and more controlled. Those tips didn’t just make the exercise easier; they made it feel more effective. It was encouraging to have that kind of guidance and it made a noticeable difference in how I felt during and after the session.
The classes are a lot of fun. I've learned more in a year and a half then I have in the past 15 years. Highly recommend

Coach Shane is a very kind and friendly coach to his clients. Throughout the workout session at CrossFit Mid-County, he consistently guides us with clear instructions on the proper execution of each movement. He carefully watches our form, helps us maintain correct posture, and steps in to correct any mistakes when needed. He is very patient too and very approachable. His attention to detail ensures that every exercise is done safely and effectively, which makes the workout feel both challenging and manageable. Having Shane there to support and guide every step of the way creates a positive and encouraging atmosphere that keeps me motivated to push myself. Thank you coach Shane.

Heather is a great coach, she really makes sure that the class is warmed up for whatever movements are in the WOD’s and she takes her time explaining the workouts and stimulus of the workout. I love dropping in with her coaching, keep up the hard work!
