Neeko is great, and does a phenomenal job in coaching, pushing us to do better, but also allowing for modifications as needed. We are blessed with great coaches at CFL! Very satisfied with everything.

CrossFit Longma is an incredible gym with an amazing atmosphere. The coaching is top-notch—Neeko brings incredible energy and really knows how to push and support you. The Longma community is fun, welcoming, and makes every workout something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

Always great energy to help keep us moving, don’t ever hesitate to say what we’re doing wrong, but I know handle that differently. And sometimes when we’re tired it may not matter. Great job!

Great Experience With CrossFit longma .In a span of 3 months I started to notice change. All because Of The Well Trained & Certified Trainer ( Micheal ) credit goes to him. Mo is the best. He’s not pushy but challenges me to work harder and not give up. He has also created an environment of positivity and zero judgement. I’m 60 years old and cannot keep up with the others but Mo doesn’t make me feel like I don’t belong. It’s hard but I enjoy it.

It was a tough one!! The rowing was especially challenging. However, your coaching was very helpful. I learned to watch the curve and was able to adjust my strokes accordingly. I noticed I rowed a calorie every 3 strokes. Thank you for your support!
