Excellent warm ups. Great options Really gets into intricacies of correct stretching for specifics of movement for maximum benefit. So helpful when asked about more ideas for rehabing, lots of great options and avenues. Really appreciate his coaching style.
What’s one positive change you’ve seen since joining CrossFit Holdfast? I can do a squat and lift weights I never dreamed I would be able to at 68 years old.
Fun class with a partner workout! Several great suggestions and recommendations from Dallas during warm up and prior to the workout to help us be safe, efficient, and get a great workout! And great follow up at the end for an effective cool down! Always glad to get to Holdfast!!

Love Cheri’s class! She gives the perfect amount of instruction and feedback. She has great “questions of the day” and is so patient and kind when I bring my 18 month old to class with me. So thankful to get my workouts in!

Chad is very knowledgeable about the movements and the proper way to execute. He does a good job explaining to the members so they do not get hurt and get the most from the workout.

I have been a pet of this wonderful gym for 9 years. Amie has always been there and never gives up on me. I can admit that I am what some people would call a difficult person. Even today she still try’s to correct my form. She’s an amazing coach!
Dallas does an incredible job of being thorough with his instructing and directions, no matter what level you are at. He helps each individual as an individual, not just as a collective group, and how they can improve on their own personal technique and development. Also, he’s not afraid to call you out and correct you mid workout, or to encourage you to push yourself when it is needed. Overall, Dallas is a tremendous coach and I always look forward to Saturday workouts with him coaching.
Sara specifically watched me do a set of hang squat cleans during Part One today, and provided me specific feedback. Gave me an idea of how to practice dropping under the bar faster for long term improvement in the squat variations on Olympic lifts. I appreciated the individualized coaching.
Amie is thorough in explaining the workout and the required movements. She is quick to understand her athletes and tailors her coaching style appropriately. Amie delivers her instructions with enthusiasm and directness, I appreciate the personal approach from her as well. Her classes are top notch.
Taylor does a great job coaching. She always makes class fun and is encouraging when the going gets tough!
Very well organized! I loved the name intros and a quick question of the day. The warm up was well designed. I had to scale due to getting back in the swing of things and Aime set up a challenging but doable full body workout.
Cory always motivates during every session. He takes the time to clearly explain the workouts step by step, so you know exactly what to expect and how to perform each movement safely. What really stands out is how he figures out what we can handle individually and scales the workouts accordingly, making sure they’re challenging but doable. Even while adjusting the exercises, he keeps pushing us hard, encouraging us to reach just beyond our limits without overwhelming us. His ability to balance motivation with personalized adjustments makes each workout at CrossFit Holdfast feel productive and rewarding.
Cheri is awesome, she showed me extra stretches to help with my back pain. Always does a great job!

Chad is an extremely competent and focused coach. He cares about you as an individual and is there to made the workout work for each athlete in the gym. His focused and encouraging style gives me the confidence in each workout to push myself. I really enjoy having him as a coach!

Erick corrected some of the things I was doing wrong with my butterfly pull ups and got me into a great rhythm and able to crush quality sets.
Great job and yes you made me feel more confident and got me motivated! You also reminded me on proper deadlifts. Thank you for all of your help.

He is always so passionate about taking the time to walk through every movement and all of the scaling options! I always look forward to class when he is coaching because he truly cares about every single athlete in that gym. He also has THE BEST music and he plays what we want to hear, just like any good DJ would!

Amie was amazing! It was my first time doing crossfit and she made me feel super comfortable by breaking things down for me and just showing me how to do everything. I loved the community aspect of the class and it was an all around fun experience!
Great workout today after being gone for over a week on vacation. Chad helped me find the best option for an assisted pull up for today's workout and made suggestions for future workouts based on quantity of pull ups that may be required. Still being new, Chad has coached quite a few of the classes I have been in and he is always very helpful and gives good tips. Also very patient with the coaching he gives and positively reinforces as I continue to build the skills in each class.
One of the best coaches and friend. Makes the gym more of a treat than a punishment!

Dallas did a great job this evening. He helped me/ gave me some pointers on my squat cleans about some things to try to help with some heavier lifts. As well as some pointers on the kipping part of hand stand pushups.
Phenomenal coaching. Great use of time with warmup, WOD explanation, WOD execution, and still having a few minutes for cooldown.
