I had a great time nearly keeling over and dying. It was very challenging given the amount of running and the back to back nature of training like that. I liked it even while I hated it. Ray was encouraging and great at alternative movements when I couldn’t do something due to my litany of injuries.

I feel Tony did a great job especially considering that I'm new and needed additional help with form, etc. He made sure I had to the correct form, answered all my questions, and also encouraged me to dig deep on the workout. It was a great experience and I look forward to future workouts!

While new to coaching at CFHR, Tony is an excellent coach. He is thoughtful on the times needed for each part to keep the class on time. He explains the movements well and works individually when needed. He always has a positive attitude and goes out of his way to make people feel welcome and motivated.

Coach Danielle was great! She pointed out some tweaks to my rowing form, and she made the warm up engaging and fun. When I chose an aggressive scaling option for me for the WOD, she supported me but also told me how to adjust the rowing calories down in the middle of the WOD if I needed to and what the criteria was to assess it. I appreciated her attention to detail and her encouragement as well as her respect of how I wanted to tackle the workout. Thank you!

Danielle is a great coach. I am newer coming back from a long hiatus from crossfit so she spends a lot of time with me making sure my form is correct. I’ve been there “long enough” where I am starting to try to take on more weight, try to challenge myself with the workouts more and she has been great at helping me set limits as I go to make sure I maintain my safety, dont get hurt, and am able to keep coming back so I can eventually handle what I am trying to do.
