Coach Sarah did a great job of breaking down all the movements and giving options for scaling. She also provided guidance during the workout for safety and efficiency. Cardio is not my bag, but she encouraged me to keep moving

Bryan is always motivational and eases you into the workout to make sure you got the form down before the actual workout. Also very kind and funny and great taste in workout music

Overall great. Wish he would've demonstrated the decent of the the jumping pull ups a few more times though
