I thought Shayne did a great job coaching the Saturday morning class. He was able to explain the workout clearly and thoroughly so that everyone in class knew exactly what they had to do! His energetic attitude was also very contagious during such a long workout!

Awesome, good energy and instruction. More feedback, either positive or constructive, would be helpful during the wod though. Mid-wod motivation and validation are always nice, sometimes I get lazy when I’m dying lol.

DOES IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS?! I just made a 29% increase on my back squat thanks to Laura's coaching and Powerlifting program. Not only were the weights programmed but the accessory work that followed each session aligned to the targeted area. Absolutely love this and will sign up again!

Well - as Laura knows - I broke my tib fib on 11/11 and am now the proud owner of a titanium rod in my right leg. So scaling is a big option until I am cleared to run/jump again. And she is very gracious and helpful in sorting out changes to the class for me and I appreciate it.
