Awesome as always!! The wealth of knowledge and dedication I receive from the coaches is invaluable. They don’t “throw you to the wolves” They put a good deal of effort in teaching and making sure I didn’t hurt myself. Correcting my form in a tactful manner only when needed. Each of the coaches have different strengths so it was nice being able to work with each one. I really feel they serve the community. I’m sincerely glad to have their services!

Coach Chris was awesome. He is entertaining and encouraging. He meets me where I’m at and helps me to get stronger and better. I don’t have anything negative to say at all. I’m so grateful to be a member of this wonderful community. Everyone is positive and uplifting.

Awesome class! I love that we have scale and progressive options that are still very challenging at your level. It makes me feel like I’ve accomplished the task. Coach Colette is a great coach and very technical, which I love because she ensures we are executing moves in a safe yet effective manner. Great class!

Coach Chris is very knowledgeable about CrossFit techniques and providing manageable building blocks for the more complex movements. He provides a positive and motivated environment for the workouts and I highly recommended anyone who has never done CrossFit or has always done CrossFit to join his classes!

Coach Chris was super helpful and patient! I’m a newbie at CrossFit, and it was a lot of fun. I lucked out to have a solo session.
