Awesome as always!! The wealth of knowledge and dedication I receive from the coaches is invaluable. They don’t “throw you to the wolves” They put a good deal of effort in teaching and making sure I didn’t hurt myself. Correcting my form in a tactful manner only when needed. Each of the coaches have different strengths so it was nice being able to work with each one. I really feel they serve the community. I’m sincerely glad to have their services!

Awesome class! I love that we have scale and progressive options that are still very challenging at your level. It makes me feel like I’ve accomplished the task. Coach Colette is a great coach and very technical, which I love because she ensures we are executing moves in a safe yet effective manner. Great class!

Coach Chris was super helpful and patient! I’m a newbie at CrossFit, and it was a lot of fun. I lucked out to have a solo session.
