Colette has such amazing energy and is super happy and friendly during work outs! She is attentive and doesn’t mind taking time to explain various work outs if you’re a newbie like myself! Plus her music choice rocks! 😊

Daniel is always thorough with not only the workout explanations but taking you through warm ups. He’s a great coach and teacher who pushes you but is also extremely encouraging. He has certainly made my experience at CrossFit Broadwing beneficial and something I look forward to in my day

I love the coaches here. They are very knowledgeable and take time to make sure to teach techniques. They encourage me to go at a pace that works for my fitness level without letting me slack.

Coach Daniel made me feel welcomed. He demonstrated each movement and provided plenty of scaling options. He offered me feedback mid-workout which was helpful.

Colette is great! She always takes the time to thoroughly explain fine points to be mindful of for each exercise movement. She’s very encouraging and her approach builds confidence without the risk of injury.

Loved the workout today. Coaching is always on point and Colette was constantly helping everyone as we went through the workout making sure our form was correct and we were motivated with each round.

Coach Colette’s classes are always a blast! She takes the time to break down the workout for all skill levels—whether you're a beginner or advanced, you’ll have a clear plan and something to improve on. I highly recommend her classes, 10/10!

CrossFit Broadwing is hands down the best gym ever! The coaches are not only super personable and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable—they know exactly how to push you to be your best without overdoing it. Went to the 5am class. Class included a full warm-up and Coach Chris was there the whole time making sure I understood everything clearly. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend!
