I had a great experience at my first CrossFit class. Everyone was welcoming and nobody judges you. I made a new friend and the coaches are really nice and really explain how to lift properly. So glad I made the choice to try it out!

If you're looking for an amazing coach, I highly recommend Mr. Kevin Trahan! He's personable, knows how to push you while still respecting your limits, and brings incredible energy to every session. I'm excited for all of his classes—definitely a game-changer!

Kenneth's instructions for the class were excellent. He has provided excellent guidance every time I've attended a class. He does need to speak louder at times, especially with music playing in the background. I have trouble hearing him but that could be my hearing. My suggestion is to turn the music off during WOD explanation and stretching or warming up. Music during the WOD is certainly appreciated.
