Hello I am 58 with some old age pains 😆 that doesn't stop me from Crossfit , crossfit helps me manage the pains. Coach Joe adjust my movements to keep me going. I am have gained some strength since doing crossfit and am better than I was 3 mths ago. Thanks. Thanks Joe for always keeping an eye out for proper techniques.

First of all, I was VERY intimidated to try Crossfit because 1.) Everyone I know who DOES Crossfit is/was already super fit. 2.) I'm overweight and out of shape. 3) I'm also not very flexible. BUT, going in, Joe explained everything in a laid back way, telling me (and my hubby who joined me) how to approach the exercises. He also assured us that he would give suggestions for modifications throughout the workout. I didn't feel like I stuck out at all. Everyone was gracious and welcoming, and didn't make us feel out of place. We even went back a 2nd time, since you get a free "try it" week. We are now considering becoming members.
He is a great coach, I enjoyed my experience training with him!
Joe was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us good advice how to start out as newbies. He was also very encouraging. I had issues with an old shoulder injury, recently broken fingers, currently dealing with plantar fasciitis, and being older at 58 years old. Joe was accommodating and flexible with all of that.
Bryce keeps it fun but don’t let that distract from the fact he knows exactly what he’s doing. He helps guide, correct form and answer questions. Always fun and a good workout when he’s around

Drew was awesome! He explained in detail what the workout regimen would be, very welcoming, and a good motivator for my first day of trying to learn. He made me feel comfortable and confident. I look forward to working out with him again!

Coach did a great job explaining the programming and emphasizing the importance of warming up properly. She was attentive to all of her athletes and had "levels" of the workout that would help everyone have a successful session. It was a great experience!

Everything good and very positive explains
I was always intimidated to try CrossFit. Joe has made it a simple process of just showing up and following instructions to get results!! Joe is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and wants to see everyone in class become the best version of themselves. I was never a guy who was excited to exercise and Joe has changed that. Cross Fit Aggregate and Coach Joe gave me a new routine in my life that I enjoy and look forward to!
I think Joe did a great job, he was welcoming to new comers and spends the most time with people who aren’t fully understanding the movement. Which is how it should be. He seems to love America and our armed forces which is huge for me. Had a great time and got in a great workout.
Bryce was excellent. I appreciated his continuous instruction and encouragement. He made sure I understood what lifts I was supposed to be completing, but more importantly ensuring my form was correct. The class was tough, but it was a lot of fun.

It is the place to be if you want to grow, push yourself, and be surrounded by people who are working to become better every day. I’m always reminded when I walk into CrossFit aggregate why I started and continue to love going. I haven’t been consistent for over a month due to some health issues. It’s easy to walk into CrossFit aggregate a pick up where you left off when you have great coaches like Joe. He is encouraging, loves to see you win, and nonjudgmental if you need to take time off. CrossFit aggregate meets you where your fitness level is.
Drew did awesome! I was trying to push myself and I think he saw me struggling so he came over and kept up the encouragement and gave me targets to shoot for to help stay motivated. As a 1st timer, he was great at checking in and making sure I understood the exercises and checking my progress. I def want to attend more of his classes.
I’ve been working with Joe for years now and he always gone out of his way to help me on certain lifts and each movement within the lift. He and the staff have always made me feel welcome. CrossFit has helped me through some really tough times, I always look forward to going.

Every workout with Bryce is great. Always going the through the workout in detail and making sure to correct my lift to perfection. If I can't do a certain workout because of an injury or just haven't recovered yet, he gives me another option to make sure I'm still active in the workout.

Joe was great, my first class and I haven’t worked out like this in over 5 years, Coach Joe W was very supportive minute 1-60. He made sure everyone positioned was good and safe, he will demonstrate every exercise in front of the class. He walked around the class, and would motivate you to keep going until the end of class.

Trying to build back up from a shoulder injury. The coaches are always great helping me choose weights and alternate lifts or exercises to accommodate my restrictions. Joining this gym has been one of the best things I’ve done for my health and fitness.

The warm up was phenomenal, she gave individual attention to all of us even though it was such a large group, which is difficult to do. She fixed my legs on my pull ups and it made the movement much easier just because of the little tweak.

As a newbie, Joe and a few other trainers that were there made a point to intro themselves and let me know I was welcome and to ask if I had any questions. I am learning that CrossFit seems tailored to any ability level while working out in a group setting. Workout was as challenging as you make it. Joe explained each and every exercise and set, demonstrating each possible skill level variation and making sure I was comfortable executing the form that I was capable of. Joe kept a close eye on the class giving encouragement or "gentle" form correction as needed. Overall it was an hour of quality sweat and quite a good time. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I think I may have found my new gym.

Anytime I walk into Aggregate I always know there will be a workout programmed to push me mentally and physically but I can ALWAYS count on the coaches to make sure I’m 100% confident in my ability to make it through the workout. Joe followed through the workouts with positive reinforcements. I never felt belittled for doing lighter weights or completing a workout wrong. I had a great time with the team at CrossFit Aggregate. The workouts are great! They kick your butt, but you feel pretty great and successful after. Joe explains things thoroughly and is willing to make sure your form is where it needs to be. Even if you’re a slow learner like me. I look forward to more classes!

Joe welcomed me back from my trip in Italy. If it weren’t for his inviting personality, I am not sure I would have came back. He used his experience to explain in depth the different variations for pull-ups to myself. Joe even went the length of explaining different workouts to strengthen the pull-up muscles outside of class. From my experience doing the standard is expected. Joe went above and beyond what I would expect the standard to be from a CrossFit gym.

CrossFit Aggregate is an amazing place to get healthy and stay healthy. Some things I love about this gym: 1. You can groove to your own tune. The goal is always to do the best you’ve ever done, but that’s not always realistic. The workouts and movements can be catered to your comfort level. The coaches are encouraging of pushing your limits and, at the same time, super knowledgeable and helpful on what you should do otherwise if that’s not on your agenda for the day. 2. The amount and variety of equipment is incredible. This gym is a large, open space. Joe and his staff work hard to keep everything clean. The gym always appears and feels clean. 3. The welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re coming in to get a little sweaty and move around, or you’re trying to set a PR, everyone at the gym is kind, accepting, and happy to see you there.

Bryce has been a huge help in getting Adam and I both to where we are comfortable in the workouts. He is fun, but absolutely knows what hes doing.

Class was amazing! I haven’t been in quite a while and was nervous about overdoing the workout. Coach Joe asked if I wanted to modify the weights and we agreed on quality reps at a lower weight. The workout was intense but I felt good throughout and kept up. My goal was to sweat AND be able to come back the next day. The encouragement and music kept me pumped!

Coach Joe is an all around great coach! If I had three words to describe him I would say: adaptable, willing, and encouraging. His coaching style is to encourage you to come in and do your best. I cannot express how appreciative I am to have him guide me through my fitness journey!
Class was awesome! Great recovery day Thursday while still getting heart rate up and stimulating the muscles to grow. Best facility in town by far!

I ate 2 bowls of ice cream and a hotdog for lunch, so needless to say I wasn’t feeling 100% But Piper yelled at me to go faster, and I did, I’m glad I went faster. She is also very nice.
