Today was my first ever class at Core Love, and the first organized work out I’ve done in quite some time. Shannon was very welcoming, and made it so that my first class was not at all intimidating. The workout was challenging, and kicked my butt in a good way. I am excited for my next class.

Shannon was so warm and welcoming! I felt comfortable right away and relaxed about bringing my toddler along. It is a huge blessing to be able to take my daughter and not stress about child care. I’m looking forward to more classes!

I felt so supported and welcome at the class today. My son wasn’t thrilled off the bat but Shannon helped me so that I could get some reps in and ensured I felt comfortable dispute his crying. He calmed and we were able to make it through the class just fine. I’m grateful there is a place I can go with him that feels so welcoming.

Kaye, you were very welcoming and offered a great deal of support. I appreciated how you explained the purpose of the classes and what we could expect. Thank you for adapting the exercises to meet everyone’s needs and for providing all of the equipment. Having ample support, for the first class, with the three other instructors, was greatly appreciated. You made sure the exercise instructions were detailed, with visuals. I knew I was working my body, while having fun too. Keep up the great work.

Shannon is always super upbeat and positive. She really cares about everyone she coaches, both in a class setting and one-on-one. She remembers everyone’s goals, strengths, and weaknesses and gives personal feedback regularly in group settings, which is not easy!

- She is so good about circulating and giving individualized suggestions during the work out. - She does a great job remembering specific things about each participant (she asked me how my knee was doing, and I heard her ask others about their personal experiences, too). - I always enjoy her charisma; she makes me laugh a lot with her stories and one-liners. - The flow/pace of class is natural and comfortable.
