Anyone who wants to learn the Oly lifts should work w Cara - and if you only need a place to workout, it’s a great gym! But Cara is an incredible coach.

Coach Cara is very clear about how the sessions run, and she is very open to questions during the session so new and experienced athletes alike feel comfortable. Even with a number of athletes with different experience and programs, she manages the room well, ensuring all athletes receive feedback. Her feedback provides both technical assistance as well as encouragement!

The gym was not too crowded today and Coach Cara provided feedback on my lifts. She can work with multiple people in a class and no one feels overlooked.

Cara provided excellent examples and mental cues for the lifts and did so at a pace where I was not overwhelmed and at risk of forgetting them.
This was my first day at the gym and Cara made it extremely welcoming. She took time to introduce me to other members which made the gym feel like a community. Will be joining without a doubt

Very informative and she's a great teacher who you can tell has years of experience. Regardless of the issue it always felt like she had a good cue/technique to help overcome it.
Cara is super knowledgeable and helpful. She is also very patient and drives you confidence to perform and execute. I also want to give a shout out to coach Lauren who was wonderful and very helpful too
Really great job with the coaching made me understand the material I've been studying and bridging the gaps that I've had while teaching myself. Really appreciated the lesson in bailing out a snatch, I think that is the most underrated technique that you can't really learn online and can only learn through physical coaching. Will definitely be coming more often when I can to improve my technique.

Immediate improvement in my lifts after my first session. Having a coach that can quickly troubleshoot your technique while proving words of encouragement is why I love coming to this gym.

Cara can see the part of a lift that is missing and find a simple cue to fix it. It’s easy to go into a detailed explanation but rarely helpful mid session, and her experience goes beyond to help her lifters focus and get it done.

Cara is the best coach ever! She makes me feel valued, gives me direct feedback, and listens to everything I have to say, all with a smile on her face, always has the best attitude, and handles a large class with the same attention to everyone.
Cara was amazing, as always. I like the way we start at the whiteboard and look forward to listening and sharing before lifting. She has just the keenest eye—but to be effective as a coach you have to be able to communicate with athletes in a meaningful way so they can try to implement what she sees that needs improvement. She is also a great leader and manages time and people effectively. Just THE best.
Great class. I was just restarting after a pause, but really like the early front-end checkin/circle-up and Cara took the time out to give feedback 3x during the session- truly appreciated. Never want this place to rest on its laurels and always hope it will continually improve. But having said that I have to say it was a really run session at a really well run gym.
