Doing a three week trial to see if this is the right place! Jess was very welcoming, the gym was very clean with great equipment, the atmosphere was good and the class was run very well. Highly recommend giving this place a try for your fitness goals!

If the workout was designed to make every muscle in my body fatigue, then it was an overwhelming success I enjoyed watching all those other members, the ages of my kids, throw heavy weights around and run like the wind-it brought back fond memories I look forward to seeing if I can get out of bed tomorrow morning I appreciate Jess coaching and modifying for me-I would write more, but I think I need a nap

Executed beautifully. Genuine welcome, reviewed any physical issues in terms of the WOD. Noticed a small modification I made on lunges using the rings and encouraged me to keep it up. Really supportive atmosphere.

For an absolute first timer I was super nervous about joining crossfit, especially because I haven’t been consistently “fit” in quite some time. Austin did a great job guiding me along with the rest of the class and making sure I picked a weight that would be comfortable for me and wasn’t doing anything wrong to hurt myself. The gym space was also surprisingly comfortable to workout in despite the exterior of the building! If you’re brand new like me, I suggest giving it a shot!

Austin and all of the coaches do a great job of meeting each person where they’re at with their fitness. The gym has athletes of varying levels of fitness and are met with coaching that matches each person’s ability. I’ve been going to this gym since it opened.

Austin is an exceptional coach and a joy to learn from. I always know with Austin that I'm getting exceptional advice on movement fundamentals and tips for working out safely and effectively. He also manages to make the class enjoyable for everyone and is a very positive presence in the gym; I know I'm working hard, but it doesn't feel like it most of the time because the atmosphere is so enjoyable. Excellent coach, would recommend, happy to give rides home to any members who need them.

Coach Sherry was very welcoming and made my first time enjoyable, as well as coaching a solid workout overall. She provided direct instruction and guidance throughout the class. Basically, Austin is the best around. His prowess as a coach is unrivaled in this world or the next. If I were to search the universe for another being that could match Austin’s skill set, I couldn’t.
