Roy at Bridge Athletics is amazing! I’m relatively new to strength training but he makes it welcoming and fun. Roy is very knowledgeable about form and technique and has an easy way about it when correcting technique. I look forward to it every Sunday!
I love Coach Roy’s Sunday Strength class at Bridge Athletics. Roy’s workouts are clearly explained, well planned, and challenge you in a good way. Each movement is broken down step-by-step, so you understand exactly what you’re doing before you start. He takes the time to demonstrate proper form for all the lifts, which makes a big difference, especially for newbies like me. During the class, Roy moves around the room, watching closely and offering adjustments to ensure everyone is lifting safely and effectively. The workouts push me just enough to feel stronger without being overwhelming. The atmosphere Roy creates makes it clear that this isn’t just about lifting weights - it’s about building confidence and skill with every session (and he plays great music). 😊

Julissa was a fantastic coach! She was very friendly, and helped me figure out the right mechanics for back squatting. She also helped me modify for my minor injury. She was a great combination of motivating and warm. Big fan!!

Juju should get a million stars, not just 5. She is an awesome coach, and working with her at Bridge Athletics (CrossFit) feels like being in a personal training class. Throughout every workout, she watches everyone's form, correcting my technique to make sure I’m doing each movement safely and effectively. Juju always encourages me, noticing when I’m hesitating and pushing me to reach beyond my comfort zone. Her energy and attention make each session challenging but rewarding, and I leave feeling stronger and more confident. It’s clear she cares about my and the others members progress in her class. Bridge Athletics are blessed to have her as a couch.
