Tonight was my first class. I loved it, Kristina was very attentive. I especially appreciate the feed back on how I can improve my form. I really enjoyed the positive atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
Coach Kristina was very welcoming and supportive. She is very encouraging and uplifting. She ensures that I am doing the techniques proper so I do not get hurt and ensures that I keep the proper techniques. Her boost of motivation is very inspiring. I hope to develop her endurance, strength and mindset one day. She has a glow and positive energy that is very inspiring even very early in the morning. I look forward to getting stronger and passing my test.

Kristina is a phenomenal coach! Kristina has helped me improve my strength and endurance by providing workouts that challenge me without overwhelming me. She pays close attention to my form and progress, making adjustments as needed to keep me on track. Her encouragement and knowledge have made a big difference in my fitness journey at Bold Athletics.
Kristina was great! She gave very helpful form advice, patiently explaining exactly how to perform each movement with the right technique. I appreciated how she watched closely, gently correcting my posture by adjusting my shoulders and spine alignment, and guiding me through every step - from the initial setup to the finishing position - to make sure I was doing the exercises properly and safely. She was engaging throughout the whole class, offering encouragement that kept me motivated even when the workout became tough. The energy she brought made the session feel both focused and enjoyable, turning challenging moments into ones I looked forward to. The other members who attended the class also made a strong impact on the overall attitude. Their positive energy and friendly interactions created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to stay focused and push myself harder. It’s very clear that members and faculty at Bold Athletics have strong friendships, which adds a sense of community and support that you don’t find everywhere. Being part of that group made the whole experience feel more meaningful and motivating, as if I was working out alongside friends who genuinely wanted to see me succeed.
Enjoyed trying new gymnastic and balance exercises- one legged broad jumps, dips and holds on the rings- a year into CrossFit and like that I’m still trying new movements. Have more self confidence and endurance because of consistent coaching and attendance. That’s a product of the gym owner’s tone and my own drive to stay fit deep into my 40s and beyond! Strength and honor.
Even though I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and can’t do the high-level workouts with the rest of the members, Kristina has always carved out time to spend with me. She carefully designs exercises that accommodate my limitations while still challenging me to build strength and mobility. Her attention to how my shoulder responds during each movement, along with the encouragement she offers, makes me feel confident and motivated throughout my recovery. The entire team at Bold Athletics has been incredibly welcoming. Whether it’s checking in on how I’m feeling or celebrating small victories, they create an environment where I feel supported and valued. I can’t thank them enough for making this journey not just about recovery, but about becoming a healthier version of myself.

What’s one personal change you’ve noticed since joining Bold Athletics?
I thought Brad did a really great job under difficult circumstances. It was the largest group I’ve been a part of since starting at Bold. The individual skill levels were all over the board (and my own were negligible). Despite it all, Brad kept it together, was everywhere at once, and was continually encouraging everyone.
Coach Brad was very welcoming, the facility is terrific, and the other attendees were supportive. Overall, my first CrossFit experience was a great one!
Nancy is dedicated and can scale each work out to any ability level.
Kristina is such a breath of fresh air after a long day of work!! She is passionate about what she does and it shows in her coaching and mentoring abilities.

Brad is such a supportive coach! he’s wonderful at explaining combinations, correcting technique, and pushing you to your potential without being pushy! All coaches I’ve had here are knowledgeable and great at what they do.

My experience at Bold Athletics was awesome! Kristina made me feel super welcome. I’ve been to a few gyms, but I’ve never had someone really break down good form the way Kristina has. She took time to make sure I was doing the movements safely, and she pointed out something I was doing in my squat that I had no idea was even happening. I’m excited to become a part of what’s happening at Bold Athletics!

Kristina was friendly and approachable, with a clear depth of knowledge. I appreciated the way she gave feedback during the workout; supportive, constructive, and spot on. It made the session both challenging and encouraging.
Kristina is an incredible coach! From the very first session, she made me feel welcomed and motivated. She takes the time to understand my goals and always push me just enough to help me improve without ever feeling overwhelmed. What stands out the most is her positive energy and genuine encouragement. Even on tough days, I leave feeling stronger and more confident.
While doing hanging knee raises and kips during today’s workout, I was experiencing some discomfort in my left shoulder. Kristina prompted me to make a change in how I was hanging from the bar. The correction immediately decreased my discomfort and improved my ability to complete the movements more efficiently.
Nancy was very positive and encouraging during the workout today. She provided some great cues that kept me working hard and in good form.
First time back on TRX after years and loved it ! The class was fun yet challenging. Melanie is amazing!
