I wasn’t able to make it to this Saturday class but I was able to make it to a previous one and I must say that Henry is an amazing trainer and he pushes you for your good. All of the trainers and the other people that I have had the pleasure of meeting have all been so friendly and nice and I love the atmosphere. He encourages you and never makes you feel like you aren’t doing enough. I was blessed to find him last year but it was short lived but now I’m back and ready to see my results.

Love the vibes and the energy and the workouts. I’m not much for chit chat between sets I’d rather work hard then chat after!

Awesome class. Henry is amazing always attentive, motivating and super supportive. Even when I’m struggling with knee pain he has a modified version for me

Todays class was great I really love my new gym I am always challenged to push past what my mind tells me I can do I also love the high energy that I am met with on Monday’s it really helps me to get through my Monday workout and sets the time for my week!!
