Professor Vando’s 6am advanced class. SIMPLE
Amazing facility, professors, and staff!
Vando is one of my favorite coaches at Alliance. He has such a positive attitude and is able to break down complex techniques and make them “Simple!” enough for all levels to understand.
Amazing class, as usual!
Dulce did a great job teaching today. She shared insightful tips that helped me understand the techniques better, breaking down complex moves into clear, manageable steps. She carefully corrected my form with practical advice, adjusting my posture and grip to make the techniques more effective and safer. Her sense of humor keeps the mood light and fun, which really made the class enjoyable even during tough drills.
Great and welcoming community and lots of high level women who are inclusive and great training partners! It’s a sign that the gym has a very strong and healthy culture which is extremely rare to find!

Prof Vando is a great instructor for all levels, and structures the class well from warmups through techniques and rolling. His always positive attitude is contagious, and each student is fully engaged. The Portuguese lessons at the end of class are a nice binus!
One of the most important decisions I’ve made was to train Brazilian jujutsu alliance I didn’t realize the quality of instruction until after I’ve been there for some time. Alliance Jujutsu is highest rated school as far as quality and performance not just in the studio, alliance IBJJF World Jiu-Jitsu Championship multiple times And all of their instructors are top notch. One more thing it feels like family to me in there for some reason I don’t know quite how to explain it. It’s a very good school , leave your egos behind come with willingness to learn train A famous quote in Bruce Lee use to say is to “empty your cup before you enter the dojo this way you can absorb what is taught, and then you could filter through it later
