I was great.My daughter told me this session is the hardest one that she had in the last 2 years of doing crossfit.Her mausels hurt a lot.ehich I believe it means that it was chalenging for her and also a good step to build her body

Steph is so intentional in her coaching. She is always open to modifications if needed but she will also push you to fulfill your potential. I love that Steph always ensures that the class is connected through conversation during warm up, which creates a strong sense of community. I’m a big fan!

I will never forget my experience with Stephanie. We were doing heavy cleans and I failed a lift and was ready to quit. She came up to me, told me to do a high pull. She pointed out that my pull is plenty high enough for me to get under it. With that extra confidence I was successful on my second attempt. I also went up in weight for my last successful lift. Stephanie know her stuff and knows how to pass that knowledge to the gym members! Thank you Stephanie!

Zach was my Coach today at CrossFit. I always find Zach very motivating and that makes me pumped up and wanting to work harder. Zach’s speaks clearly and he gives instructions very well. I really like it when he comes and participates in our class, too. In future classes, I would like Zach and all of my Coaches to encourage me to increase my weights and give me feedback to improve my skills so I can get better for next year’s CrossFit open.

Coach Steph is one of a kind. She is very aware of her clients abilities but will push you within your limits to be the best version of yourself. Since joining All Level CrossFit I have noticed a HUGE difference in my strength, endurance and have surprised myself with new movements (pull ups, chest to bars, wall walks). Coach Steph has helped immensely with assisting me in achieving my goals and even setting PRs! She has her clients best interests at heart and will always help when I’m struggling or need improvement on form. She is very adaptable and has assisted me on numerous occasions with providing alternative methods for movements.

John reminded me about paying attention to the details of a dumbbell clean so as not to strain my back unnecessarily. Also that controlling the speed of a long workout would ensure less rest time and a better time and better technique.

Great class. Even though it was very busy with lots of moving parts , John facilitated everyone getting in a great workout. All the movements and transitions were seamless. He also took time to pay attention and correct member’s movements which is huge part of what makes him a great coach. His enthusiasm and encouragement also was key in motivating me to move and push myself. Thanks John for another great class!!!

Steph did great, as always. When I came here, I wasn't able to do simple rope skipping. Now I'm doing double unders, thanks to her encouragement and coaxing (sometimes). That's just one example.
