Missy always does a great job leading the Zumba class! The dances are so fun, and Missy reviews the moves many times to ensure confidence. I highly recommend her class!

I had a bad knee day today. The workout consisted of squatting, jump rope, lunges, you name it. My knees were acting up during the stretching! I expressed my limitations with Holly. She recommended I skip out on strength training (warm up) and roll out my legs. It felt like pins and needles!!! Holly explained that this feeling was normal in tightness within the body. I rolled and rolled and rolled and my left knee was feeling much better afterwards. She also modified a personal workout suited to my needs, so that way I can still get my sweat on without limitations. So instead of lunges, I worked on the bike. I came in nervous and worried of the workout because my knees were in pain. Im so glad I expressed this to my coach so they can modify and personalize the workout for me. Thanks for all yall do!

Leigh is an incredible coach! Every move is broken down in simple movements, making it super easy to learn, even if you’re a total beginner. It’s perfect for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. Sometimes, we don’t even realize we’ve picked up bad habits that can lead to injuries or make us work harder than we need to. Leigh’s classes are definitely a good sweat sesh while having fun at the same time!!

I appreciate how Holly makes sure I am remembering form, specifically the small details. Like if my thumbs aren’t tucked in on my grip. I also love that she doesn’t take my “fear” to try something and allow me to talk my self out of it. She pushes me to do and be better!

Leigh is an awesome coach. She took her time explaining the movements for the workout as well as demonstrating them. Made sure we were all executing those movements properly before the starting the workout. Leigh walks around encouraging/motivating us to push ourselves to not give up. Would definitely recommend 361 Fitness for anyone visiting the area looking for a

Sarah is an amazing teacher/coach/mentor. She is always prepared, very educated in physical fitness and provides constructive feedback for constant improvement. I always look forward to her classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Btw- if it wasn’t for her lift class, I would still be a month out before I could return to the gym given my rotator cuff surgery. 👍💪👊
