Today was my first day at 1910 CrossFit. Friday was a great coach who really took the time to assist me by showing exactly what I can do to avoid injuring myself. She carefully observed my form during each movement, offering clear guidance and gentle corrections to make sure I was performing everything safely. The way she personalized the workout to my current abilities made me feel confident and supported throughout the session. It wasn’t just a workout; it was a thoughtful introduction that left me feeling motivated and eager to come back.
It was my second class of the year and it was great!!! The environment and atmosphere at 1910 CrossFit felt genuinely welcoming. I really appreciate the coaching here. Friday stands out because she truly cares about clients’ safety; she carefully watches each person’s form, making sure movements are done correctly to protect against injury and to get the most out of every exercise. She takes the time to explain adjustments and offers clear guidance, which made me feel confident and supported throughout the workout.
Friday is an amazing coach. She is always positive, provides helpful critiques motivating to all! I love learning from her. She is a huge reason why I’m back at 1910 CrossFit!
The workout was very structured and well oriented. Friday is very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me keep proper form and gave modifications as needed. She is also personable and welcoming to new comers, making it a more comfortable transition coming in fresh.
What makes the gym special for me is community. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful since I started going to class and I really appreciate that. Another thing I like is the help and guidance and encouragement the coaches give. My fave night to go to class is Monday because it helps me start my week strong and Stephanie is a good coach and she always has a positive upbeat attitude. Stephanie is my favorite coach!
My first class was on Saturday, and Alanna was my first partner and first coach that I encountered at 1910 CrossFit! I was nervous about my abilities going in, unsure if I could keep up with the pace or handle the exercises. Right away, Alanna made me feel comfortable by patiently explaining each movement and offering encouragement throughout the class. I actually felt like I could make it through the whole class, even when it got tough! I’m really glad I stayed because the energy from Alanna and the whole group lifted me up. I feel truly blessed to be around the amazing people at 1910 CrossFit - everyone is welcoming and supportive, making every visit feel like a positive step forward.

During this journey to be a healthier, happier version of myself, I've faced life's hurts, hangups and habits. I've struggled with illness and injury. During all of this, the amazing family at 1910 never gave up on me. Friday was patient yet persistent, playing an intricate role to ensure I remained on track. I've got a long way to go but I'm positive this team will help me get there.

Stephanie is always very helpful with movements and teaching the correct way and form! Great at explaining the “why” movements should be done the way that they are.

Alanna makes class fun & gives really helpful tips about technique or things to think about while completing the WOD such as foot placement when doing burpees to bar. That was helpful to not get dizzy doing a bunch of them.

I had the best first experience going to the gym. Friday is awesome and did a great job breaking down each of the movements. I’m from out of town, but my goal is now to come back while I’m here and jump into class!

Went over form which helps a lot for this do is that are more new. Offered to hold baby if he got fussy. Super friendly!
